Ah sorry, I should've clarified: on Gold. 

 

If a 4 Harrier team took over 10 minutes on Bronze, I'd consider myself a failure and go back to wood difficulty. 

 

I can easily see a 4 Harrier team taking over 10 minutes to complete a Bronze.

I completely disagree that the Harrier is overpowered especially if you consider using on Platinum difficulty. Unless you are playing on a hazard map, the limited ammo is a great handicap for the Harrier user and, also, keep it in mind that the enemies on Plat have more health, shields etc. Harrier is great for gold and lower difficulties in fact you would feel like a boss. The Harrier is not practical on Plat imo especially for the kits i like playing (e.g. DAI). Only time i have ever used the Harrier effectively on Plat is for clean up on speed runs(with Scorpion equipped as secondary to deal with Phantoms) and mind you most of the time we are focus firing on one boss enemy(one harrier is bad enough but two or three). 

Also, ammo boxes doesn't take 1-2 seconds to refill and even if they do, you don't instantly get a full refill back on plat which means you have to wait a bit longer. That period of waiting is enough for everything to go wrong on Plat. Also, you must equip a secondary and this is not a trait of a gun that is overpowered, consider the Claymore or Venom. However, maybe with practice and probably the right skill someone can manage this situation properly.

Anyway, maybe someone can actually make a case for the Harrier being overpowered but then that person needs to demonstrate it probably with a video not just assumptions because most of the folks here have been there done that many times over. So just because you are bossing gold et al with harrier is not reason enough to declare it overpowered.

That said,the attitude here sometimes is very discouraging and not very warm. Someone's got to say something off topic, trying to be funny or something. I visit the forum hoping to see something fun or read about something new that i hadn't discovered but what I see most time is a lot of childish behaviour. Yes, a bit of banter is healthy and enjoyable at times but it shouldn't start getting personal and all that.

Harrier X actually works like magic on my DAI with extended mag/piercing AR ramp III, AP IV. Then again I have the recon mine debuff+ TC so it's kit dependent. The GI makes it work too, however, GI makes every gun work.

I don't really find the ammo a hindrance. I don't camp ammo boxes and there's almost always an ammo box between me and the next spawn I'm running to. Platinum is a lot trickier, especially depending on your teammates loadouts, but I've always managed. In my defense, I got i to X recently and have been putting it on as many kits as possible to see just we amazing it is on them. I'll grow bored with that soon and move on.

OT: Anyway. Harrier is only OP-ish when using Demolisher kit. Now had BW fixed that Ammo capacity gear then it would've been a different story.
