Deciding whether to buy NWN Diamond for the third time via gog.com. I loved the persistent worlds, the multiplayer, and especially the campaigns- is that still viable, are there still games and worlds out there to explore in the company of other heroes?
Is third time a keeper?

Absolutely. Plenty of them to try out to find your 'home'.
Check out nwnlist.com for a listing of nwn1 (and nwn2) servers, plus their direct connect address.
On GoG, make sure you request multiplayer CD Keys from their support page, as the keys supplied with their version don't allow online play. You'll also have I run a reinstaller to enable the premium modules to play after you change the keys to the multiplayer keys. GoG provides directions and it's all pretty painless.
If RP is your thing, check out Arenthyor.com. A smaller server, but lots of DM attention.

Absolutely, tons of campaigns still on the vault and more being made, plenty of worlds still existing too. It's still an incredibly unique game in that regard.

This place can be cheap, can have offers and I've used it and can vouch for their honesty. I don't know what territories they cover though.
