Depends on the character I'm playing- if I'm playing a ruthless person- sleep with person to manipulate or gain something or fun loving scoundrel not tying myself down type I would, but if I'm playing good and moral person I won't.

10+ playthroughs, and I never realized that. Not that I would do it (I wouldn't).
It's really fun to seduce Cammen with Zevran in your party, then tell Cammen's girlfriend so she dumps him. Do it for the lulz and Zevran approves.
