Eh, I really don't think graphic design can be used to raise that kind of question. You might as well ask if Loghain was NOT Anora's father since they look nothing alike, or if everyone in DA:O or DA2 who had the same hairstyle as Alistair is his long-lost sibling.  It's a really silly thing to base possible family connections on.

Er,I'll agree with the others about hairstyles not indicating family relations,also Sandal is a dwarf while Cullen is a human,so probably not.

Although I won't lie I'd die to see a family reunion between these two.

XDDD I must say this thread made me laugh XD .no but speaking of sandal ha ! serisouly in all honesty ,the boy tend to creep the hair on my neck sometimes !! like when in my first playthrough ,seriously what in the name of whatever's dear to you was he doing in one of the room of the gallows in the middle of the battle !!!! seriously,i was like well lets check this room ,and to hell if there is more templars to fight and kill ! and then HOLY shet !! SANDAL ???!!! what the !! omg are you alright ?!!! and then when i click on him freneticly he say enchantement ? ......................well at least thankfully yes ,i did needed enchantments since i didnt know how it was going to go at first !. ...i like to think the game try to stay logical , so when hawke anders and the rest jumped on the ship to the gallows , 'did hawke said ,'hey how about we bring sandal too !? maybe he can freeze some templars solid again eh !?' haha i would have loved to see that XD 

aaaanyways ,well no matter how much the ressemblance is quite striking ,i hope not hahaha ,i want my cullen clean and virgin XD
