So, I was just on Horizon playing as an engineer on insanity with Stasis as a bonus power. Hit one of the Scions with Stasis and when it fell down started shooting it with my Locust. From what I could see from its armor bar, there was nothing terribly outstanding about the damage being done to it. What is the window during which extra damage is done to targets that fall out of Stasis?

I think between the time between when Stasis wears off and before the enemy hits the ground.

Also, you are using the Locust. Good gun and has a small multiplier against armor, but somewhat overrated I think against armor.

The window is VERY short, a fraction of a second. If you have a rapid fire weapon like the Locust, it's not a bad idea to start shooting just as stasis wears off - this way you maximize the number of shots that land during this window. Example at 0:27 in this vid.
Are you engaging at short or mid range? To take full advantage, it's best if you can maneuver into point blank range...
