I just reloaded Dragon Age Origin to play it before Inquisition. Unfortunately all the DLC that I had purchased then have disappeared from EA database. I contacted their support and twice a friendly tech helped me and assured me that I would have access to all the DLC that I had purchased. It is still not working. Anybody experienced the same problem? I am worried that if I download Inquisition it will disaperas too after payment.

I think he is talking about where Dragon Age Origins contacts the bioware server to unlock the extra DLC. I had the same problem when I played Origin. I got some of the content, but not all because my game couldn't log in anymore.
Steam can be a little wonky with stuff like that but, like buying bioware points, all of the DLC should be found on the (old) bioware player page. While we can no longer post to the old page you should still be able to retrieve your purchases.

I had the same issue with Orgin more or less. One thing I did was use the old Bioware site to download all the DLCs and back them up on an external HD. Also the Dragon Age Wiki has links to most of the DLC downloads and promo items. All the good stuff is at the bottom of the page and it will also give instructions on how to manually install all the DLC to the game. It should all work after that.
