Yesterday I installed Dragon Age and downloaded all my DLCs fine. Today when I load my saved games it won't load because for some reason my DLCs are unauthorized eventhough I can log into my account fine. WTF is going on, how do I fix this?

So far this constant need to be online to play the DLC that I paid for is a massive fail. There is no reason for this and it's annoying as hell.

I have the same problem- it all began after I registered my game to my account and moved my steam folder from my external drive to my main drive.

i have the same problem...it says that this saved game has bioware premium content and you must sign in on an account that has access....well this is the only account that i have and i installed the game lastnight with all promo codes for CE and pre-order and it played fine but now today it says that my content is unauthorized???? what gives bioware?

Also the EA support page is stupidly useless. It tells us what we already know: that in order to access the DLC stuff we have to log in with an account that has the DLC registered to.



I pulled up a ticket with EA but I have my doubts.

i found a fix for the unauthorized content problem....open up DAO launcher...go to Configure > Repair > Clear download Cache...and that fixed the problem for me so give that a try. good luck!

Well I'm re-installing to see if that helps.

I had the same problem here. I runned the DAO launcher as administrator then I did as Nevick2613 said. Worked for me.

DAO launcher...go to Configure > Repair > Clear download Cache...
