Morrigan. Flemeth is a dragon or an Old God or Fen'Harel. All of those could be considered bad depending on your point of view.

I mean both of them are crazy but i would have to side with morrigan because I spent more time with her because and well at the end of witch hunt well I thought maybe I can sort of trust her I mean she did save me from dying from the archdemons taint.

Let's see:
Flemeth has saved my ass twice while Morrigan only saved my ass once (canonically speaking, I'm not counting the times I've spec'd her as a spirit healer.
That makes the ratio 2:1.
I'm afraid I'm gonna hafta go with Captain Janeway on this one.

Can I choose neither? My inquisitor has no reason to trust either of them. The warden at least was friends with Morrigan, even if ultimately she always abandoned my wardens when I wouldn't do the ritual. My inquisitor has no context for trusting either of them.

Flemeth.
/speculation
I get the feeling this green power thing might force us to sacrifice ourselves to close all the tears in the Veil.
But Flemeth.. maybe she thinks they should be opened. And tells me I don't need to die and be another sacrificial Jesus figure. And all it costs is to tear the veil wide open. Hmm. I'd be tempted to side with her on that.
I'm letting my imagination run too far.

Pretty much.

Both are frustratingly vague and mysterious on their intentions, so I'd toss a coin.

I hope I'm wrong actually. I'd love to be surprised.
This whole green power thing has me alarmed though.

Depends on what their intentions are. They've been really vague about it so far.

I think the divine gonna basically send cassandra off with you to go and form the inquisition notice how every dragon age game you start off with a ally in your faction and you basically have to close or leave some rifts open the ending well basically you close the rift or absorb its power for something evil my guess

Morrigan. for one I trust her a lot more(but still not necessarily 100%). And from what I can make out of their shattered explanations morrigan is on the side of change and all that, while flemeth is for destiny/order or whatever you want to call it.

I don't know anything about Flemeth and "order".
I know she's a dragon or connected to dragons. And I know that there was a time before the Veil, when dragons were more widespread. I think she's trying to usher it back in. A true "Dragon Age", if you will.
