Morrigan.
I got a burn the whole world vibe from Flemeth when I met her.
Morrigan just seemed like things need to change or everyone dies type person especially after With Hunt & The Dark Ritual

I got a "Get off my lawn, leave me alone, and let me eat my dinner" vibe from Flemeth.

Is slaying them both an option, less they are providing something useful and deals are going both ways burn the unclean and let the maker sort them out..

Two sides of the same coin.  My little head canon theory is that Morrigan is operating under the illusion of freewill while doing exactly what Flemeth wants.  Flemeth had centuries and countless daughters to perfect the art of manipulation and plant the seeds.  It would be nice if we got something tangible in DAI as to who and what Flemeth is and what her endgame might be...as opposed to more riddles and idioms.

Well, let's roleplay a bit.

Morrigan was my Warden's LI, they performed the dark ritual and entered the Eluvian togheter. He wasn't exactly a ''hero''... my Surana was selfish and a pathological liar (he told Morrigan he killed Flemeth when in fact he let her escape) but I like to think that he grew fond of Morrigan in the end and that will support her against Flemeth.

Hawke would probably side with the old witch, since Flemeth saved her ass and Anders recommended her not to trust the Warden (and consequently, Morrigan)

Regarding the Inquisitor, only time will tell ;)

When did Anders say not to trust the Warden in DA2 and why?

Flemeth knows far more than she lets on, but Morrigan seems more concerned with herself than anything or anyone else.  The heart of their conflict remains largely unknown, but I trust neither side to do the right thing.

To hell with the right thing. I'm going to back whoever I think will lead to the more interesting story.

It would depend on the situario at hand, but I am slightly more inclined to Morrigan since I do not trust things relating to Fade spirits and I suspect Flemeth is some kind of spirit-like entity. I may help her yet, but it's a red flag.
