But...I still don't understand why we can't get the Deluxe edition on PC from anywhere.

Basically you're saying that in the UK, retailers have decided that instead of offering the normal Deluxe edition, they have made their own 'editions', by having each retailer have a different part of the deluxe bonuses and spreading them out instead of offering them all at once?

Doesn't that also mean that by them doing that, the UK will be unable to get the Deluxe edition even after the pre-order period ends?

I am not saying anything of the kind. I have actually just not answered the question yet. EA is a very large organization and there are a lot of different folks in different time zones and it simply takes a while to co-ordinate everything. I was hoping we would have a public answer to these questions early this week, but it was not to be. Last time I asked I was told the public answer was coming Very Soon Now™.

I can't answer all your questions, but hopefully I can clear up a few things. There are 3 editions for Dragon Age: Inquisition: Standard, Deluxe, and Inquisitor's. There are digital versions of the Standard and Deluxe editions on all platforms, except for Xbox 360, which is physical only. The Inquisitor's edition is a packaged goods offering only and, for the most part, includes the Deluxe edition box inside (more details on this nuance will be coming Very Soon Now).

There are 3 different pre-order items we are offering: Flames of the Inquisition Arsenal, Appearance, and Mount. The Arsenal item is available to every retailer on all platforms. They just have to decide to participate in this pre-order offering. Occasionally, a retailer will chose not to participate in this program, but that is their decision. These pre-order offering are only available if you pre-order and once the game is released, this offering ends. With me so far, I hope?

The reason that there is no pre-order offering for the Deluxe edition (and therefore the Inquisitor's edition) is because the Deluxe edition already includes the 3 pre-order items as part of it, for all time, on all platforms. Pre-ordering the Deluxe or picking it up after the game is released gets you the same three Arsenal, Appearance, and Mount offerings.

Thanks for the clarification, I didn't realise the Deluxe edition already included all of the Flames of the Inquisition content.

One more thing: is there any digital/bonus content included in the Inquisitor's edition that is not in the Deluxe Edition?

So, nothing is final yet, is what we should get out of this? Alright, thank you, I'm just worried that I won't be able to get a physical deluxe edition for the PC by what we've seen so far :/

Elite, I think that they've said the inquisitor's edition won't have any extra in-game goodies that the deluxe edition won't have.

There is no additional digital content in the Inquisitor's Edition compared to the Deluxe Edition.

You do realize this could have been a decision made by the retailers? Retailers are not obligated to carry any particular product. Physical copies of PC games simply don't sell very well anymore and the UK retailers may have simply decided it didn't make sense to carry two copies of DAI for PC, so they chose to only carry the cheaper regular edition.

Basically you're saying that in the UK, retailers have decided that instead of offering the normal Deluxe edition, they have made their own 'editions', by having each retailer have a different part of the deluxe bonuses and spreading them out instead of offering them all at once?

Reread what he wrote, the only preorder bonus for DAI is the Flames of Inquisition Arsenal, which retailers can choose to offer or not. The Deluxe edition does not have a preorder bonus because the Flames of Inquisition Arsenal is already included.
