5 was good. Definitely a different take on the Pinocchio story with Jiminy Cricket with him essentially doing a lot of bad things and making a lot of bad decisions despite wanting to do the right thing. (which is something I can relate to) The whole business with the dolls is pretty creepy and yet a great indicator of just how much harm magic can cause regardless of the users intentions.

 

 

I like how the story can be a bit cheesy but take a bit of a twist on the classic Disney versions as well. At time's it starts to feel just a bit too cheesy but then it with reel itself back in and bring things a little more down to earth which works in it's favor.

Finished 6. This episode has gotten me just a bit more intrigued with the series. It definitely didn't go the direction I would have initially expected.

I do agree that while it may get a bit cheesy from time to time, the show does have it fair sense of dark in it, which you might expect from good old fairy tale stories.

I kinda think the main character field is getting a tad crowded in Once, but I'd definitely like to see more of her.

Episode 8 was great. An amazing villain is just what is needed to get me hooked. I like Regina a whole lot but I love Mr. Gold right now. I hope his character retains it's amazingness later on.
