Yep, I broke up pretty hard just typing that tbh I still can't get over the fact that the movie claimed she was more beautiful then Charlize Theron

 

THAT aside I do like Snow White/Mary quite a bit in this. Her and James/Prince charming are both decent characters which is good since they're both important characters.

 

I'm liking how the story is tying in all the fairytales together as part of one story, it's handled it rather effectively so far.

 

I'm about 2/3 through episode 10 atm. I have to admit I'm much more hooked onto watching this since episode 8. A good villain just tickles all the right parts of my brain to get me interested in a story.

The entire series is one big tie-in with long story arcs. An effective way to have lots of side characters is when most people already know their respective fairy tale versions, so you don't have to "introduce" them to the viewer. Of course, they may or may not be what you expected them to be, but still.

You know, it strikes me that, given the show's track record with heart pulling, they're probably going to do something surprisingly literal with the whole frozen heart thing.

Also, I sort of feel we should start taking bets as to how Elsa and Anna will figure into Henry's family tree, because we know they will.
