Finished watching Season 3. If I find the time will write a proper review on tumblr, but if putting it short, enjoyed season 3. Half of the season at least. The Neverland arc didn't interest me at all, but thankfully it got better. Loved the season finale, and Earthbound pretty much summed up my feelings over the whole event.
One thing that bothered me about season 3 was its antagonists. They weren't exactly poor, but neither were they particularly good either. And one problem the show has had when it comes to the villains is using "tragedy" as a motivator to characterize them. Peter Pan and Zelena both had it and was portrayed rather ineffectively compared to Rumpel and Regina, and served more as a way to feel sympathy with them. The show keeps overusing it a bit now, to the point where it appears to be the only aspect to use on antagonists.
It is certainly an effective way when it comes to villains, but it becomes rather dull in the long run when every single antagonist has some sort of tragic past to explain their behavior. And with rumors on Elsa possibly being more like the Ice Queen, I fear it will be used again to characterize her (and possibly even Hans). Hopefully the series doesn't follow the similar route.
Dat spoiler tag ![]()
Nah, they confirmed Elsa's staying faithful to her portrayal in Frozen.
Too lazy to put spoiler tags. ![]()
Well that is a comfort.

I couldn't agree more on the S3 villains.
As for Elsa, I think we may just have a couple of episodes of 'angry' Elsa on her debut, if not villainous.
Waking up from a jar will do that to you. That and everyone'll probably be high strung when it comes to newcomers given what's happened of late. Perhaps the standard superhero team up fare of the good guys duke it out before reconciling their differences and taking it to the real enemy.
We now have a FIFTH character from Frozen coming in,
So Mance Rayder dressed up like this then?

Sounds about right.
Oh God y
Well, this other character from Frozen making his way into Once Upon A Time has been officially casted,
The big question is, how many let-it-go/ice puns can the season 4 writers fit into the script.
Depends on if they consulted Barbara Dunkelman

Still, if they're the same as the ones cropping up on IGN...
