I buy the aunt thing, what I'm not sure about is whether or not the Queen knew about her sister's powers. Or the trolls changed her memories after something terrible happened.

Also, what she said about Anna trapping Elsa?... Pfff, only way that'll happen is mind control or she was tricked, or to protect her somehow. If Anna really did lose faith in her sister.... I'm not sure I could handle that Kinda shatters the whole core of her character. Once can get a touch dark, but this isn't Fables. I'm not sure they'd go that far.

What I don't get is how in the seven hells does this woman know Emma? Almost more importantly, why is Rumple so chummy with her and did he actually switch back to fake dagger? He obviously knew about Anna (Though maybe not her real name or relation to Elsa, kinda doubt that urn ended up in his vault by accident though).

Seriously though, just when could this women have possibly known Emma? I'm trying to work out the timeline in my head. The only real unaccounted for time is that year she had with Henry under the influence of false memories... not sure I like that idea. Actually, I think a more interesting, if a bit unlikely, idea might be if this Snow Queen somehow encountered Emma when she was a child and kidnapped her (Would fit into the original story about her stealing away a child). How would that work with her arriving in the latest curse and the whole Land Without Magic thing? How would Rumple know about it? No idea, but I like the idea of looking that far back into Emma's past. Unfortunately, if any child is going to get stolen, it would probably be Henry... again *sigh*

What she could've been if her parents didn't try to protect her/help her and tried to raise her normally around everyone else before they helped her get a handle on her emotions and thru that, her powers. Eventually that could've turned out bad.

Mary Margaret is having quite the time as mayor of Storybrooke.

 

Marian's body is frozen solid due to the magic of the ice cream vendor who gave her magically modified ice cream(no one knows this) but thru an act of desperation, Regina saved her heart and put it into a locked chest so Marian will survive until they find a way to thaw her.

 

Henry and Regina have come together and now have their own secret mission to find the writer of the magical storybook, codename Mongoose.

 

Emma and her dad ran into one of Robin Hood's old merry men who is now just a thief on the run, and he told them about how the ice cream vendor must have magically kept her place cold during the blackout, otherwise the ice cream would've melted.

 

In Elsa flashbacks, it turns out Hans and his brothers were leading an army towards Arendelle. Kristoff used his knowledge of the terrain to sneak up and spy on them, finding out that there was a magical urn Hans planned to trap Elsa in before he took over Arendelle.

 

Hans ended up getting the urn, but in the process of trying to trap Elsa in it, released a previously trapped snow queen(the ice cream vendor in Storybrooke) into the forests around Arendelle.

 

This person claims to be Elsa's aunt(her mother's sister). I say claim because we don't know if its a ruse yet.

 

Back in Storybrooke, Hook, Elsa, Emma, and Prince Charming found this ice queen, who intended to kill Hook to prove to Elsa that the populace will turn on people like them in an instant(this is also why she froze Marian, to teach Elsa a lesson). She got away but Hook's okay.

 

It turns out that Emma has "forgotten" this ice queen, implying that Emma and whoever this woman is have met and interacted before. Also, the ice queen knows Rumplestiltskin/Mr. Gold, as he offered his services to her, but was turned down.

 

The big deal is this ice queen claims that Anna was the one who had Elsa trapped in the urn. So that's the draw;we require some explanations and some truth.

 

Also, Hook knows about Mr. Gold lying to Belle about the dagger, and thus has Mr. Gold helping him whenever necessary to keep the secret.

That episode sounds like a mess, Jesus. I'll need to watch it at some point in a few weeks, to see if it's at least executed well.

Rewatching the last episode (Slow day)

I wasn't a huge fan of the Wonderland spin off, but I did like the Knave of Hearts/Will Scarlet.  Which is probably part of why my favorite line is this:

 

 

Charming:  You don't have to, that's why we have two sheriffs.

 

Knave:  Two sheriffs!?  Bloody hell, that's not even fair, is it?!

 

The other was Dr. Hopper's advice to Mary Margaret.
