omfg, this show.

I was actually getting frustrated that Belle and Gold might get separated for about the 100th time after she takes up the Lacey persona. I feel like those two deserve a happily ever after somehow, but of course that'd never happen as everything on this show is just an intermission, the status quo's always shifting.

Anyways, turns out that Lacey's a total masochist or something, so I'd say the whole thing's worked out pretty well for Gold after all. Huzzah. I expect the remaining couple of episodes in the season to solely feature Gold beating half of Storybrooke to death with his cane now that he needn't hold back for 'Belle'.
