Id like to remake my social site profile, as I picked the name mostly to reflect my DA:O play, but since its now more a hub than for a specific game, id like a more general name.
So, if I delete my social name, does all my promotion stuff drop w/it? (Blood Dragon, Terminus, Collectors, Inferno) as well as my chars? (which I assume will re-upload)

Everything is attached to your EA account. Deleting your BioWare account should not affect the EA account itself, but you will be unable to access anything else tied to it (e.g. promotions). What you can do is create a new account and contact EA support about transferring entitlements from this account to the new one. Your characters are uploaded to whichever EA account the game uses, you can simply change that one and you should be fine..

I am a little confused by the reply (although, I am a programmer, so I understand 10) My promos should all be tied to my EA acct correct? Im not deleting that. I just want to delete my social acct. so i should be fine doing that?

Well... yes. Only, no. I am unsure of the intended result of doing what you propose but the last few who have attempted just that have been unable to re-register with an already used EA account. I would err on the side of caution. Did that help?
