U/U/P merely means, you HAVE to be prepared to face ANY possibility of any map or faction combination. Thus, you have to be versatile on any possibility

 

And?  That doesn't make this any more difficult than it being set to Rio Cerberus in the lobby.  It is just Rio Cerberus.

 

If it landed on Geth Jade it would be hard because it was Geth Jade, not because it was set to UUP.

 

And if you are inclined to play a Human Soldier, it isn't as if your incendiary setup isn't good against every faction, so I fail to see how "being ready for all of them" has anything to do with the ease.

Yeah this is more than possible when you have the Acolyte and Frags.

 

Especially since Frags don't count for anything medal wise except generic kills.

Plain frags isn't great on damage or radius. To achieve enough kills with it to push a full solo medal list to silver and bronze for weapons/powers, it has to be consistently the one to be the finishing blow. Matched with the time, i don't see it as a consistent enough finisher to do so. The gold kill streak is more significant since the OP has stated that Rio killstreaking is difficult for him.

Which is fine since Cerberus big budget enemies don't have much HP.

 

And it isn't just frags reducing AR medal count, it is also the Acolyte.  As pointed out above.
