All the time and the calories are not empty like you would receive from a soda. Your body can process the caloric intake into useful energy. You just have to manage your overall intake to make sure you don't have too much including the alcohol.
As for actually being an athlete, playing D1 college football likely puts me on a much higher level than you could ever hope to achieve. ![]()
in all seriousness though, I would prefer to see you become a valuable member of the community instead of continuing on the path to being a pariah. You are not the first to come here and ruffle some feathers with boasts of "achievements" and you will not be the last. Unfortunately, a game this late in it's life cycle will devolve into a lot of bickering and idiocy. Make the switch. Being useful instead of useless is a good thing.
