Hes in the room where lorik is, you go up the stairs on the balcony. When you talk to him it does not go into conversation just him saying lines. Is he there just for the sake of him being there or is there actually a point?

If you pressure the hanar shopkeep who you do the smuggling sidequest for into giving the name of who he is selling what you smuggle in, you can skip giving it to the hanar and get more money from the krogan. The hanar will be angry that you do this, but he will continue to let you shop from him.

also if you dont give the mod to the hanar(i think) and you leave noveria and come back, inamorda will be waiting for you with two other krogan ready to tear your human nuts off, which arent even worth that much.

Ahhh k thanks never knew this.

You don't have to leave the planet, you just have to tell the Hanar that you are keeping the mod, and then the next time you go to the docks, the Krogan will be waiting on you. Funny thing is "Security" is oddly missing during this little altercation.
