Wow Sev...that's actually really really good. I can totally see this in game. Manipulating the Council...granted unless Harby can subdue his eye color, he'd be a dead give away. So sorry for not seeing this sooner. Sorta got absorbed into Dragon Age.

Oh yeah looks even better now. I can totally seen Human Harby on the Citadel talking with the council, both gathering information on their plans and sabotaging their efforts from the inside. I could see him him giving Shepard a Handshake with a crooked smile as he tries to display Human emotion offering his support to Shepard.
