It would appear as though the offer for Warden's Keep may have been
corrupted somehow. You can your offers and current downloads by
performing the following steps. The offer to purchase Warden's Keep
will attempt to redownload the next time you start the game.
1) Shut down Dragon Age: Origins
1) In Windows, press the 'Start' button and select 'Run'
2) In the command line type 'net stop DAUpdaterSvc'
3) Navigate to 'My Documents\\\\BioWare\\\\Dragon Age\\\\Settings' and delete both 'Manifest.xml' and 'Offers.xml'
4) Navigate to 'My Documents\\\\bioware\\\\Dragon Age' and delete the 'Offers' folder
4)
Navigate to 'C:\\\\Documents and Settings\\\\All Users\\\\Application
Data\\\\BioWare\\\\Dragon Age\\\\' and delete the 'DAUpdater' folder
5) Restart Dragon Age: Origins and log in
probs to Jason Leong for originally posting this. he seems to be one of the few bioware techs who know whats going on and offering any help on the matter. i guess it was too much to hope that ea would not corrupt bioware, but this launch has shown me at least that bioware is just another in a long list of generic game designers now:crying:

Thanks!

Didn't work for me. DAUpdater not found ?! No manifest.xml and no offers.xml found. I pre-ordered from Steam.
try here for steam
C:\\Program Files\\Steam\\steamapps\\common
and then select the game dragon age origins.

In fact this info should probably be appended to the fixes in that thread.
Edit: Link updated due to thread move from General to Support forum.

When I went to run DAU.exe it said it couldn't connect to local server... anyway, nothing happened. Still missing my DLC.

However nothing is downloading to my game. I am logged in as per my email on the bottom left of the screen ingame and the actual words Logged In showing. Down loadable Content section is just sitting there and showing the two items I can download and the cost in points for each. Downloading nor Installed content show anything.
I tried each *fix* here and nothing. I deleted the folders and the items out of my folders that the member said to up above here and now my downloadable content show nothing there at all.
If there is a solution or something more than I am seeing here please point me in the right direction. I have everything installed and played the game for a a few hours last night with out a hitch other than my character feeling lonely and naked without his DL content.
Thanks all for your time and I hope this gets fixed fast, perhaps someone should put a phone call into Minsc and Boo...Let him go down to BioWare and see what's up with all of this obviously Evil going's-on.
