Bioware has always been good at giving us character creation options, but how would you expand on them? Would you like a fat slider, Asian eyes, boob options lol, customize the pointy-ness of your Elf's ears, more skin colors, a more furrowed brow?
And what else?

That's the only thing I feel is missing although it is justified by the problems that would arise if it were incorporated in a heavily cinematic game like Dragon Age.
Long hair and scars, which according to all the scars we see on character models now, i think are in. Thats all i need to be satisfied.
Oh and a decent variation in qunari horns, crossing my fingers for Arishok horns
Anything with body would be a welcome change. Even if you do something simple like only making them generally slimmer of buffier.....or messing with specific places on the body. I'm game. I wish that could have been an option in ME.
I second Hinata! We need MORE of what we currently have. There needs to be more eyes, mouths, noses, eye color, make-up options & colors, more and better face tattoos and for the love of god more hair options!!!!!
I would love to not have to rely on mods for skin color, hair color, hair style, etc. So adding more options there would be awesome. I won't be opposed to more body mods. muscle definition, etc. For example a warrior should have more muscle definition than a mage.
My big one is scars. I think all CC should have scars for both males AND females and they should be more or less even. You see too many dainty scars for females. Sometimes I just want a badass scared up female. She doesn't need to be a super model. Also, extending scars to the body would be awesome though obviously not something I'd ever expect to see. That and tattoo that cover more than just the face.

Bioware is OK at Character Creator not good like Bethesda with TES and Fallout; Dragon's Dogma had a great CC along with SR4. ME was the worst of the two in recent games and DA has some lackluster areas as well. I hope they have some expanded and varied features this time around.
Hair and Beards are a big one for me, some actual unique ones would be nice... don't want to choose what looks like an "awesome" hair style only to find that every other npc has the same one.

Epic Beards?
- HEIGHT (4' ~ 6' or 7')
- Better Skin and Eye colors
- Better tattoos, facial painting, and scars (I like those blue Braveheart dyed faces)
- Different pre-made nose shapes
- Various Hairstyles and beardstyles
I'd really really really like more hairstyles, DA is kind of bad with them(at least dao and da2). Id also like scars, more tattoos, particularly body tattoos. I don't care too much about changing like body types, but I wouldn't be against more options there. As for boob silders.... normally id say no, but I did like how dragons dogma did it. So if it was done well I suppose I wouldn't mind.
Actually yeah, a monolid toggle for all eye options would be pretty sweet and seems like it'd be pretty easy to introduce. I'm a bit bored with there always being only one monolid eye options. They're more common across races than double lids and obviously just aren't one eye shape.
I would enjoy a chubby mage to be honest....i just don't see them adding body options b/c of the nightmare of animating every piece of gear for multiple body types (other than simply male / female). Having more than one body type (per gender) would be appreciated (kind of like in SWTOR with the Too Skinny to be Real -> "Normal" -> Giant -> Thyroid problem)

There are NEVER enough options for eyes, noses and mouths. It drives me nuts. I spend hours in character creators desperately trying to piece together facial features that look attractive, but too often I get big, weird looking noses, or weird looking mouth/lips, or weird looking eyes. "Weird" is probably not the most descriptive, but I mean, I want attractive looking options, not eyes that are crossed, or too squinty. I want noses that aren't too big or pointy, or oddly shaped. I want mouths that look normal and serious, not big pouty lips or weird smirks.
Character creators all have limits, but Bioware creators seem especially limited to options that don't seem remotely appealing or attractive to me. The dimensions and shapes are always unattractive. Really Bioware, please give us options for handsome and beautiful characters, not for hunchbacks and ogres.
I also understand that beauty is subjective, so the only real solution to this is an abundance of choices and options for every slider. Please, give us more hairstyles, more eyes, more noses, more mouths. More of everything, because if you give us 10 options and I hate 9 of them, then I am pretty much completely restricted to that 1 option I do like because I can never justify making a character that I think looks ugly. So if you give us 20 options, maybe there will be 2 that I find attractive or at least can tolerate. Please, abundance abundance abundance, the more options you give us, the better we can make our characters look.
I know it probably won't happen, but I'd love if Bioware does something to this depth:
