Just started an wanted to know what are the best squadmates for biotic combos and what biotics powers are best to focus on in ME1,2 &3. Much appreciated.

ME1 there are no combos. ME2 the only combo is using Warp on lifted targets. ME3 Throw and Warp can detonate tech, fire, cryo and biotic combos.
In ME1 you need someone with tech skills to open containers. Kaiden, Tali, and Garrus work well.
In ME2 Miranda is always useful. Personally, as an Adept in ME2 I prefer that Shepard do the lifting while the squad does the booming, so I generally go with Miranda and Thane as team mates.
In ME3 you have a wide range of ways to combo and are pretty free to use whoever you want, though having a shield stripper on the team could be useful, either Garrus, EDI, or Kaidan.
In ME1 Lift is a trump card. Singularity works well too. Barrier for defense. Go Bastion on your specialization and you can put a point in Stasis for Shepard and your squad.
In ME2 I like Singularity most because of its ability to hold protected enemies in place for a short time. Also for it ability to lift enemies out of cover.
I haven't played too much Adept in ME3 except MP. Getting Throw to 5A is a priority for combos. Throw will be you main detonator. Warp 4b, 5b are also a high priority. If you use Liara much you can simply skip Singularity. If you wish to avoid her, I would get it up to rank 6 and emphasize it width. For a bonus power I like Reave because it can prime shielded enemies. Wide area Reave will prime multiple enemies which you can then detonate with Throw. Other people go with Energy Drain for shield stripping.

There aren't any combos (unless you just count physics) in ME1. So you can either go max CC with Liara (electronics) and Kaidan (decryption and then electronics, or both asap), or go balanced with Tali and Ash / Wrex.
In ME2 the only combo is the warp explosion, and you can do that in a variety of ways. You start out with a decent enough squad for this... Jacob w/ Pull, and Miranda w/ Warp. You can alternate between detonating the explosions Jacob sets up, with setting them up for Miranda. Later in the game you will get Jack, then Thane and Samara. All of those are good. The alternative is to go with Overload characters, of which Miranda is one, so that the squad strips shields for you and you do all the biotics.
ME3 Liara and Javik.

Everyone else has already provided really good information for you. Just a clarification though.
in ME2, Pull or Singularity or Slam (lift only) > Warp will create a biotic explosion.
You can also combo Singularity/Pull > Throw/Shockwave, but it will not create an explosion but rather an increased physics effect. So while Throw can already hit pretty hard, if you throw an enemy that is affected by Pull or Singularity, then Throw's force is increased substantially. The same works with a frozen enemy. An enemy frozen by Cryo Blast or Cryo Ammo will also take more force from throw.

In ME2, assuming Adept Shep has both Warp and Pull, I like to bring at least one warper and one lifter so I can combo even while Shep is on cooldown, or can combo with either partner while the other is on cooldown. My favorite combinations (in no particular order):
1) Jacob (Pull) and Miranda (Warp) (has advantage of squad incendiary ammo)
2) Miranda (loyal, with 1 pt. Slam + Warp) and Thane (Warp) (provides three different ways to wet off a warp bomb, with highest average frequency)
3) Samara (loyal, with Reave + Pull) and Miranda (Warp) (has advantage of providing max single target barrier/armor stripping, both barrier and shield stripping, and faster Pull cooldown on Samara)
4) Samara (Pull) and Thane (Warp) (has advantage of heaviest gun support, as well as humorous religious platitudes)

She may not be among your personal favourites, but I'd add Jack to that list. Assuming you max Reave with Samara, she has to choose between max Pull or max passive (or max Throw, but, meh), whereas Jack can get both Pull Field and the best cooldown.
Of course, she lacks Reave, and I don't know how noticeable the difference between -18 and -25% in cooldowns is in practice, but it's still something to consider.

Haven't finished a trilogy run of Adept Shepard yet but in ME1 it was hilarious. I had done a previous vanguard and soldier playthrough so I could pick shotguns as a bonus power. I picked that, maxed out Bastion for the Barrier and such, and got max Singularity.
So basically you walk into a room, point singularity in the middle of the place, and just shotgun blast enemies that are floating. It nullifies whole rooms. Add in Tali and Garrus and they spam tech stuff to cause a lot of explosions. So essentially it was like a fireworks team. I lift stuff and shoot, they blow the lifted stuff to bits. Wash, rinse, repeat. Was awesome.

Shockwave and Reave = 12s base cooldowns
Pull and Throw = 9s base cooldowns
Without the Biotic Cooldown upgrade:
12s - 25% = 9s
12s - 18% = 9.84s
9s - 25% = 6.75s
9s - 18% = 7.38s
With the Biotic Cooldown upgrade (-20% cooldown for biotic talents):
12s - 45% = 6.6s
12s - 38% = 7.44s
9s - 45% = 4.95s
9s - 38% = 5.58s

Good point. I sometimes take Jack (with GPS) and Miranda when there will be lots of shields. But on Samara I never take pull past rank 1 - her passive is always maxed ASAP, then Reave.
