The smaller sizes are a mistake! There was much confusion already. I think it was Mark who said, every CE will have the same size and that the bigger one is correct.

So I know the Deluxe edition of the game comes with:


• Skyhold Throne
• Red Hart Halla
• Bog Unicorn
• Flames of the Inquisition - Inquisitor Armor
• Flames of the Inquisition - Armored Mount
• Flames of the Inquisition - Weapons Arsenal (Sword, Dagger, Bow, Staff)
• Bonus digital content (which still hasn't been specified)

And obviously pre-orders of the Standard Edition will have some of that, and the Inquisitor Edition will have it all plus some physical items that I personally have no interest in, but are there going to be retailer exclusive items?

I've bee holding off on pre-ordering waiting to hear word of that. It'd be great if they didn't pull the retailer exclusive crap like they did with Origins, DA2, etc, but it is EA so I kind of figured it was a given. We're now 3 months away from release and still no news regarding retailer exclusives (hopefully a good sign) or what the unannounced "Bonus digital content" will be. Is that referring to DLC campaigns, or is it just weapons/armor/mounts?

Come on, EA and Bioware. Communicate with you fans and customers regarding this digital content.

Ok its been a looooong time since i have been on 2yrs minimum but i just ordered the deluxe physical edition with the collectors edition game book so now am i going to  miss out on any future goodies because i ordred early????

Basically, it means they've sold out of the copies they had allocated/assigned. This thread is ten pages long now, so a bit of a read, but that seems to be the reason, if I've read it correctly.

I'm not sure?  They're still available in the UK stores, as far as I'm aware.    Gamestop isn't as popular a retailer over here as it is in the US, and I'm pretty sure there are quite a few EU countries that aren't getting it at all, unfortunately.

 

 

If you're trying to order from the US then they're probably all sold out, I'm afraid.

My Gamestop simply says the PC Inquisitor's Edition can only be ordered on site in a store.

Depends on the country really.

In some countries you cannot preorder at the websites at all and need to visit a store ( that is the case in my native Austria ), in North America the IE was apparently sold out within hours. If you live close to a store it is simply best to visit it and ask the sales person.

So, what about other stores like Amazon and such? I don't use GameStop much anymore because the way they handle customers and respond to things has gotten pretty bad, while with Amazon it's always nice, precice and quick work.

The edition is exclusive to gamestop, no idea why.

So you will not get first hand editions anywhere else, you can purchase one second hand from a reseller I guess, there are currently several already on ebay (at a much higher price)

I'm actually ok with that. It'll be a lot easier on my wallet and means I can order the Deluxe version and get everything.

I've just pre-ordered the CE version of DA-Inquistion from Gamestop UK then thought what the heck might as well pre-order CE version of The Witcher 3 , just as well my credit card is empty lol...

 

As to DLC content ,you can always get any  that you don't have from Origin normally at some point.

The Inquisitor's Edition for PC is already sold out in germany. WHAT THE HELL!!!!! Guess i'll wait for a really low price of the normal version next year. Or maybe won't buy it at all. Cause right now i am REALLY, REALLY mad! Some of my friends stopped buying EA games altogether. There are enough other companies with good games.

Any speculation regarding what this journal will be like? Is it going to contain information or do you think it will be blank? I'm hoping for blank because I've got a ton of artist friends who I would love to have draw some of my favorite DA characters in them. Who knows, maybe I'll have the chance to get some of the actors to sign it. Be kind of like an autograph book.

When Bioware celebrated it's 15th birthday, it announced an Bioware Bazaar, where 'every Bioware fan has a chance to win stuff'. Unpleasant surprise though when it started: because of 'legal implications', they could only ship to 49 of the 52 US states (I believe they excluded Florida and 2 others). The weeks after a lot of 'I'm no longer a Bioware fan, I'm just Canadian/Australian/Dutch/German/South-African' sig banners popped up.

Bioware promised then during the last weeks that there would be an Bazaar for the rest of the world 'in the foreseeable future', but it never happened.

I actually mailed gamestop UK to ask about it, and got below shown reply:
