Now in all fairness to Bioware they probably have nothing to do with regional pricing or this whole mess regarding the Collectors Edition's availability.
Still, every non U.S. resident is getting shafted, and so far it looks like Bioware ain't doing a darn thing about it.
Surprising that Canada is getting the short end too, all things considered.
I'm not sure how useful this will be to anyone....or it might even be that im in for a nasty suprise when the release date comes around seeing as this is gamestop that we're talking about here buuuuut, The gamestop uk website allowed me to place a pre order for the inquisitors edition last week and still seems to be the case right now.
Heres hopeing that at release date they dont tell me they had to cancel my order due to them being sold out or somesuch....it has been known to happen lol so /fingers crossed.

I'm concerned for my Gamestop UK pre-order too. The issue is that I also have a Deluxe Edition pre-order from GAME which I intend to cancel if the Inquisitor's Edition goes through fine. But obviously if it only goes through on release day I might just end up with two copies of the game on PS3. Guess I can also send one back, but I'd prefer to know ahead of time. Guess I can always e-mail them, but I've little idea whether they'd actually get back to me...
UPDATE: I e-mailed GameStop UK and have been assured that I will definitely be receiving the Inquisitor's Edition (on PS3). They informed me that they are still taking pre-orders of the edition on all platforms.
I literally put my order in with Gamestop just a minute ago.
If this is some hoax, I'm going to set fire to the company.

You can pre-order on Xbox One and PS3 in the US now too. But not the other platforms. Perhaps they are making a few more. The other platforms are still greyed out, however.
I'm still hoping that Amazon will be offering it at some point in time.
i was just able to preorder the inquisitor edition for ps4 in the U.S at gamestop.com. hoping its true, it was sold out for a while and i havent seen any kind of announcement sayibng more was available
That does make me sad. I'm hoping my order goes through (GameStop claimed it would, but eh, I won't hold my breath). If it falls through, though, I'll just get the Deluxe edition as originally intended. Will suck for those who really want the edition and can't get it normally, though.
i dont understand the hate directed at people flipping stuff on ebay. noone forces people to buy the stuff at an inflated price.
I was seriously considering going the ebay route myself, but now im just gonna hope my pre order is legit on gamestop.I don't see why it wouldn't be, but its odd that they were sold out for months, but now more are available with no announcements. Maybe someone canceled and i just happened to be on the website at the right time.
I called and talked with my local Gamestop store and they said more collector's editions were on their way for XboxOne and PS4 only.
In May I bought and paid for my CE at the local gamestop, in June I got a call from a Gamestop Manager stating that they sold more copy's of the CE than they had physical copy's of and that they had dropped my pre-order to a Deluxe edition and I was given a gift card with the remaining balance from my CE.
I asked the Manager I was there at your store 2 hours before you opened the night after when they announced the CE with money in hand, he had told me that the employee's bought up the PC copy's which was limited to a total of 6 copy's in his store. <Bull****>
Went online to buy it, Sold Out! Sigh! so have a deluxe edition and no longer shopping at Gamestop the store of crooks!
Hope all you want it will not happen. The only way you'll be able to purchase it through Amazon is if someone sells is on their marketplace. This is a Gamestop exclusive.

Who in blazes got the infuriatingly stupid idea to have dealings with Gamestop??? I can understand dealing with Lucifer,Khomeini even the EU... but Gamestop?.. how twisted and evil can you get?? I know I should´nt complain i can( if i am really,really lucky) buy the CE and hoohey yay me and all that ******.. but i would feel sullied,molested and a traitor to all i hold true in this world if i gave money to that horrendous,slimy,malevolent conclave of miscreant goblins that Gamestop is.. EA,Bioware or whoever did sin so willfully against true gamers in Europe and the Colonies.. FOR SHAME!!! no punishment is great enough,no apologies sincere enough for this vile and cruel deed.. may you banish the troll responsible for this heinous act to the caves of Microsoft.. DIXIT
it is quite expensive but i am so tempted to get it.
When is the demo coming out?
I do not think a demo would be made since the game itself due out in 4 weeks
Yeah, they've confirmed no demo for ages, since it takes resources away from the main game to create a separate demo build. There's also the fact that RPGs are pretty hard to demo, especially large free-roaming ones.
I wanted the Inquisition Edition on either PS4 or Xbox One months ago.. I called nearly state-wide with a way to come in and pre order but they were booked. Sad, very sad... Ah well, Deluxe Edition is in my grasp soon but I just feel like I am settling instead getting what I really wanted.. -very mixed emotions for a game I have been anticipating.-
This is downright criminal. People have high hopes for this game, and want to splurge on a collector's edition. Very sad when so many people will walk away disappointed.
And this is coming from someone who isn't interested in the collector's edition!
I pre-ordered the IE for the PC the day it was announced online. I just got off the phone with GameStop and was advised to give them a call a week before the game ships (11/11 in the US, 11/14 in Europe & elsewhere) to make sure there are no issues with the credit card used on the pre-order. GameStop will start authorizing cards a week before the game ships to verify funds are on the card to cover the charges...and the last thing you want on shipping day is to find out your order was cancelled due to problems with your card.
Also, you may want to call your credit card company and have them put a note on your account that a charge from GameStop is forthcoming and you are aware of it. (That or have some sort of text or e-mail notification in place just in case the bank needs to contact you about the charge). Card companies have been known to block charges if they think it's fraudulent. Trust me, I know.

I see EB Games Australia still has copies for PC, PS4, and XBox One. Unfortunately they don't seem to ship out of country. They might be the only place on the planet still available. 
too bad ps4 version much more expensive then PC version which is annoying >.>
