I sent an email to that address last night. No acknowledgement. Your mileage may vary.

Probably have a lot of emails to sift through right now....looks like a massive problem in the end.

Which is a shame, the contents are really cool, it sucks the packaging was rough.

I picked up my edition today here in Austria and nothing was broken and only one piece was not in the appropriate slot, I guess I am one of the lucky in this case.

By the way what is the secret compartment, the place that holds the four gold coins hardly counts.

I was guessing the same...

Just received my Inquisitor's Edition and, obviously having read all the comments about missing and/or broken pieces, the first thing I wanted to do was check all the contents. As soon as I opened the box I found all 4 of the War Game pieces as well as the badge lying loose on top of the upper tray with the Owl War Game piece being broken at the point where the Owl connects to the base! :( There was also 2 inter-connecting foam pieces which appear to be designed to be placed over the badge to help hold it in place but clearly failed to do that! I placed all the intact pieces into their respective sections on the upper lid and moved on to check the contents of the top tray, with the quill, tarot set and steelbook case all being fine. Sadly the lockpick set only has 5 lockpicks with one of those broken! :( Then I checked the contents of the bottom tray and immediately saw the 4 coins just lying loose on top of the bottom tray! At least the map, journal and ink bottle were intact and in their respective sections! The case itself is intact and has no missing or loose pieces.

So, to sum up, I have 1 broken War Game piece, 1 broken lockpick and 1 missing lockpick! There was clearly no attempt to place the coins in their respective section in the "hidden compartment" under the journal! I'll also add that, as others have stated, the overall quality is somewhat disappointing and I do feel that EA, BioWare and TriForce have definitely over-charged for this product! For the price they've charged there really is no excuse for the poor quality and poor packaging of the contents! So, I'm sad to say that I'm another who is simply disappointed with what I have received.

Guess it's time to contact TriForce to find out what they intend to do to rectify their poor quality product! :(

EDIT: Currently I'm unable to contact TriForce due to some sort of technical problem with my ISP's email network, they've informed me that they are working on the problem but say it's likely to be another 2-4 hours before I'll be able to send and receive emails again. :(

Hello Guys

I just got the PC version collectors edition of dragon age and I seem to be missing my codes for the bonus content for the the soundtrack and in-game content like the weapons and mounts. I thought all the deluxe edition content would come with the collectors edition.

Mine is here, and completely in tact! Will post pictures if people want them, but assume everyone has either got theirs/is getting theirs tomorrow so!

Was the PC version of this meant to be the Dulux Edition. If so, I only got a standard version.

Was just going to ask the same question; I have a code for the bonus multiplayer items (and the game itself) but nothing about the Flames of the Inquisition pre-order weapons or the Deluxe content that was advertised on the GameStop site. Admittedly, I not necessarily expecting the Deluxe content (UK doesn't have a packaged Deluxe edition for PC) but I am puzzled as to how I will acquire the pre-order bonus items that I believe I'm due (for having pre-ordered). :(

Update: I just got through to EA Help and they've managed to sort all the digital content out for me. :)

I think there's a problem with the codes for the PC version of the Inquisitors edition in EU. For some reason the code isn't packaged with the game here, and has to be obtained seperately. When i picked up mine from Gamestop earlier, the clerk said the code was supposed to be printed onto the receipt automatically, but that didn't happen. He said he would try to figure out what the problem was and would call me when he had an answer, haven't heard anything yet.

Mine turned up today, and it seems I was luckier than many in that there was only minor damage in that the top of the quill has snapped off and one of the flames on the badge has broken (interestingly, neither broken-off part was present in the box, so it looks like it was a case of careless packing.  Various things were put in the wrong place and not secured properly).  Well, and the horribly flimsy red-coloured inserts are in pretty poor condition, but they're so thin that simply clearing one's throat in the same room could tear them to pieces.  And as with many others, some of the very plasticky looking corners on the chest aren't glued on properly.

But my main concern is that the overall quality is absolute crap, not to put too fine a point on it.  This doesn't feel like an exclusive collector's edition costing £130, it feels like a box full of cheap tat of the sort that you'd find in Christmas crackers.  Pity, the original vision of what it should be I think was pretty good, but someone obviously had a bonus riding on it being as manufactured as cheaply as possible, and it shows.  I just hope the game itself is better, but thanks to the continuing malarky with staggered release dates, I'll have to wait 'til tomorrow to find out.

I received mine today (PC version of CE  edition) here in UK,not sure if all the codes are there,ie got one with the DA:I DVD case inside on top on the box and one that says something about redeeming multi-player bonus content,I entered both in  via Origin and it pre-loaded for tomorrow.

Contents wise all not damaged but thrown around a bit,my screws on those flimsy brackets came off ,got three missing and other three were loose so stuck them in the ink glass jar for now but not bothered about that.

So do  I've all the key codes for CE content for  PC version?

I haven't yet entered either of the codes I have (game code in the actual game case from the outside of the box and another code in the steelbook case inside the box) so I'm wondering just what digital content EA sorted out for you? Why do I get the feeling that everyone in the UK purchasing any version of DA:I is going to have to contact EA to get the digital content they're entitled to?

BTW, mine is the PC Inquisitor's Edition from GameStop.co.uk and they haven't sent me any seperate code(s) either.

Regarding the code fur the soundtrack etc,

In Austria you get the code separately on a card. When you pick up the game the game-stop employee is supposed to also give this piece of paper. I assume that the same is true for other European countries.

So if you did not receive the code you should complain at the store where you ordered/picked up the game.

Same here: I found a card in the metal box talking about some multiplayer content, but apart from that, as far as I can tell I just have the bog-standard edition.

Unfortunately I don't think there are any physical deluxe pc editions in the UK/EU. The PC version was slightly cheaper, I and others questioned it with gamestop (and posted it on the forums) and got told you got the pre-order bonuses but not the deluxe dlc (though it took about three attempts for gamestop to make up there mind).

I think the suggestion is that they'll be a upgrade you can buy via origins at some point in future.

Correct; no physical Deluxe Edition for the PC in the UK or Europe, so presumably you'll only have the Standard Edition plus pre-order bonus, the Flames weapons.  I gather the Flames stuff can be bought as DLC once the game is installed and released, but no word at all on getting the deluxe items that way.

When did yours get dispatched (and from who?) and how was the package tracking?  I only ask because mine got dispatched by Gamestop (well, "scanned" anyway) Tuesday lunchtime and the track and trace hasn't changed since.  At all.  As far as I know it's still in Dublin.

It was the Flames of the Inquistion armor/weapons/mount pre-order content plus the Skyhold Throne, Red Hart/Bog Unicorn mounts, digital soundtrack & bonus multiplayer content as mentioned in GameStop's listing for the Inquistor's Edition. TBH I wasn't sure EA would honour either when I contacted them (though I had redeemed my DAI game code in Origin beforehand to 'prove' I'd pre-ordered it, just in case; I also included a link to GameStop IE listing) but thankfully the EA advisor I 'chatted' to came through for me. Hopefully other UK customers who contact them will get the same level of service.

I received an initial tracking email Tuesday PM from GameStop with a nightline-delivers.com tracking reference which eventually confirmed my packaged had been 'exported'; I then got a tracking email from UK Mail Thursday morning confirming delivery later in the day. I think the Nightline tracking only covers Ireland and stops when it's handed over to the UK courier.

The Nightline end of things is pretty rubbish as far as tracking goes, really.  I guess it's okay if you live in Ireland.  I'll probably get that email tomorrow then.  Hopefully.  Cheers.

Yeah, I guess that's exported as in "out of the country, we won't be reporting on it's progress any more".

Hi Guys, I'm new here.

Just my 2 cents. I preorderd the PC Inquisitors Edition from Gamestop Germany (Jena). I picked it up in the store today and everything was almost perfect. No items broken, everything there what so ever.

That might interest you: On the back or front of my normal PC Edition Case / not Steelbook (attached outside of the plastic) DVD Case was a small sheet containing a Code for the Deluxe Edition. I installed the Game and the Code and everything from the DE was installed: Flames, Soundtrack, Armor, what have you. Again, I have the PC version, ordered in Germany. The Clerk at the store told me (what we alraedy knew) that I got the only physical PC deluxe edition because I bought  the inquisitors edition. (So its the only edition for Pc that has a deluxe phyisical copy)

So obviously there are PC Deluxe versions out there, seems lot of dudes fu**** it up bad in your case.

I hope you get your Editions perfectly after EMails etc. and get your deluxe versions like you deserve.

P.S.: I have the German PC version and didn't need to load the English Patch. Seems to me it's on the disk after all as far as I can tell... English dialogue and subtitles...

Wish you all best of luck and most of all Success

Sorry for explaining too much, hope this helps...

Thanks for the clarification, and also for pointing out the part about redeeming the 2 codes in Origin ASAP to use as "proof" of pre-ordering. I'm guessing that GameStop should have included a code for the pre-order bonus items which they seem to have "forgotten" to send out! I've now redeemed both codes via Origin and now have DA:I listed in "My Games" and when I check the "info" for the game at the bottom under the "Add-ons & Bonuses" section I have the following 2 items:

DAI Inquistor's Edition Registration Code which shows the Status as "Unreleased" (this is from the code inside the steelbook)

Dragon Age: Inquisition English Voice Over Pack

Going to have to wait now anyway (seeing as it's 2am here now) and start trying to get this sorted tomorrow. What with broken and missing pieces in my Inquistor's Edition and now the possible missing code for the pre-order items and other digital content I'm very disappointed with EA, BioWare and GameStop! :(

I've had the same problem but going on to the live chat for ea/origins help and chatting with their support team has resolved all DLC issues that i've been having.

Their customer support was very understanding and helpful and fixed everything that went wrong :) happy bunny sitting here
