Like many posters, when my Inquisitors Edition arrived on the 19th, the items inside were all over the place. The ink bottle was empty (was it supposed to have ink?), and the lockpicks and coins felt cheap and not worth the $100. The tarot cards were impressive but everything else was disappointing. I'm having a blast playing the game.

Well I definitely don't have any of the pre-order content, nor any of the stuff that's supposed to come with the collector's edition and is advertised as such, and I'm starting to get a bit irritated, especially as the only way of getting through to EA is their interactive chat thing (I hate IM of any sort) and nobody's answering.

Why is it always like this with Bioware releases?  They always get these exclusive deals when there's always loads of uncertainty about delivery and stuff, uncertainty about what you'll actually get, then problems with actually getting it, and compounded in this case by a high price tag and poor quality physical content.  I'm feeling quite badly ripped off considering I've paid £95 extra for a standard edition and a pack of tarot cards and didn't even get the pre-order stuff.

I guess it'll be easier to go to Trading Standards than getting an answer out of Gamestop or EA.

My Inquisitor's Edition arrived with the Owl Marker and the Inquisitors Badge broken and one hinge on the case was detached. My steelbook was also scratched from the pieces flying around loose in the case. I just found this page on the EA help site: http://help.ea.com/e...ken-or-missing/. I'm going to contact them as soon as I get a day off.

Did you check the "Details" section on your Origin account? Once you enter your registration code, the "Flames of the Inquisition" stuff should be there ready for download.

Hope this helps! :)

I checked mine only have  via Origin game details  has  DAI registration code for game and  English voice over pack,I emailed them via chat about my pre-order bonus and if I get deluxe edition content as well, will wait and see what happens.

Update for ALL UK CE owners, contacted them via online chat and they have added ALL deluxe content to my Origin account,so if you do not have your deluxe edition content do the live chat ,only takes 5 to 10 minutes or so,they were very helpful, they even start the download content of deluxe edition for you.

I even got 15% discount code valid until end of November on Origin games :) .

Have the same problem here, but bought the Australian Inquisitor's Edition from EB Games, which promised the Deluxe Edition coming with it. Instead I got a Standard case along with an unsealed Inquisitor's Edition chest with a pre-order code for the Weapons and Armored Mount only. The guy in the support chat didn't exactly seem convincing or helpful, just said "they're aware of the issue of the Deluxe not giving all the content and working on it, just wait until it's done", making me feel like I was speaking to a non-English speaker or a dimwit that didn't fully understand what I told him.

So I can only hope it's "done soon", because right now it feels like a lot of Australians had their PC "Collector's Editions" raided by dodgy EB Games staff and are having problems country-wide, like myself. Right now as it stands my Origin account only shows me having the Flames of the Inquisition Weapons and Armored Mount, as well as the Inquisitor's Edition Registration Code and of course the English Voice Over Pack. Nothing else from what I can see, leaving a rather sour taste in my mouth. :(

Yes, I've checked the "Details" section and every other section and no, there's nothing about the "Flames of the Inquisition" stuff showing for me! :(

As I posted last night, my Origin shows DA:I listed in "My Games" and when I check the "info" for the game at the bottom under the "Add-ons & Bonuses" section I have the following 2 items:

DAI Inquistor's Edition Registration Code which shows the Status as "Unreleased" (this is from the code inside the steelbook)

Dragon Age: Inquisition English Voice Over Pack

Other than that, there's nothing else showing as available, either for download or purchase! :( I'm quickly becoming more and more disappointed with this purchase, missing codes, broken and missing items from the actual Inquistor's Edition coupled with the poor quality of the Inquistor's Edition items. I feel that EA and BioWare have simply ripped everyone off with this so-called collector's edition, especially those of us here in the UK and Europe because we're not even considered good enough to get the Deluxe content included either!

I'll be contacting GameStop and EA today, and I've already sent an email to TriForce, let's see what each intends to do to try and rectify their screw-ups! :(

EDIT: Seems that GameStop.co.uk have now removed the listing for the PC version of the Inquistor's Edition from their website! They still list the 4 console versions although none are available to order.

Just do what I did,ie use the  EA online support chat, they'll get it sorted within ten mins and add all the deluxe edition content, just don't close the chat menu when it's up and wait for a CS person to chat to you.

Waiting time for me was only five mins.

I'm based in UK too, don't bother with gamestop.co.uk.

IT. IS. HERE.

No warning, no email.  Just a knock on the door and a big box to receive.

And the only problem with it is the owl piece is broken.  So I need to get looking into that.

I'm still waiting on my PC Inquisitor's Edition from Gamestop UK. Feeling very uneasy as to what state it'll arrive in and what will actually be included, but at this point I'll be somewhat relieved just to see something arrive.

I got confirmation that it dispatched as far back as Monday evening, but the tracking Gamestop provided was for a company called Nightline.ie, who as far as I can tell only operate in Ireland. Indeed, the last tracking event just says that it was exported from Belfast and there's been nothing since then. I'm presuming that another UK carrier picks it up in England but at this stage I've got no idea who is actually supposed to be delivering my parcel. Gamestop haven't got back to my email and I can't get through to them on the phone. Could I ask if anyone else who has ordered the Inquisitor Edition from Gamestop UK and actually received theirs would be able tell me which company delivered it? Many thanks.

Done that, managed to get a Live chat at 14:00 and the EA advisor ended the Live Chat after a 45 minute discussion that essentially went nowhere! I was told I have the normal Standard Edition instead of Pre-order Edition and that I have to contact my retailer. Was on the phone with GameStop during the Live Chat with EA and GameStop say they have no pre-order codes nor any pre-order editions so they were unable to assist me any further! Told the EA advisor what GameStop had said, I also pointed out that I have a DAI Inquisitor's Edition Registration Code which is showing in my Origin as Unreleased. The EA advisor simply would not confirm what digital content is attached to my account other than the normal Standard Edition. When I said I had broken and missing items from my Inquisitor's Edition the EA advisor simply ignored that and never gave any response! When I asked for clarification as to what digital content I have he replied with:

We have provided you best information at our end. Due to repetitive nature of the question, we have to disconnect this chat session. Thank you for contacting EA.

I have now copied the entire Live Chat conversation and saved it as a text file for future reference. Starting to look as if I'm going to have to report this to Trading Standards! :(

I am also in the exact same situation as you mate speaking to EA just now and they are investigating I have uploaded my order details and confirmations to them so hopefully that helps.

Okay just finished speaking with a very helpful Jon at EA help who although it took a while eventually upgraded my account to the Deluxe edition and added all the DLC. Not sure what I did that you didn't Grizzly but my case was identical to what you had main thing I did do though was provide them with copies of proof of purchase and pre order details as well as shipping email.

I wasn't asked to provide anything other than my email so that they could check my Origin account and answer a security question! I'm currently in another Live Chat and the advisor is checking through the details of my issue from the first Live Chat. Have to wait to see where this chat goes.

So I emailed Gamestop as per the suggestion in this Ea help article. Basically they said I could either get a general £20 refund, return the box and get the refund for that, or return box + game for a full refund.  When my only problem is that the owl map piece is broken none of those really seem to fit - so what next?  Contact EA?  Project Triforce?  Wish really hard?

I've yet to hear anything back from Triforce on the matter of my destroyed Inquisitor's Edition. I also know someone who bought one off Ebay who's seller is simply not responding to any of her questions, I'm going to assume his edition came mangled and doesnt know how to approach the situation.

Still waiting on my Gamestop UK order as well. To make matters even more fun I have heard absolutely nothing from them since I ordered back in July, however they -have- taken my money back on the 17th of Nov.

Order just says 'confirmed' on the website. I've left answerphone messages and sent them e-mails to find out what is going on. o_o

Any other UK folks having this problem? Or has everyone at least been told it's been shipped?

Thanks for that - have managed to track it with UK Mail but just says 'delayed' and 'at delivery location' ;( don't think I'm getting it this weekend....

It's not showing anything for mine. :(

I would actually be tempted to cancel my order considering the way this has been handled so far. However feel iffy about it dragging out even longer given they have already taken the money and the only way to cancel is by using the same e-mail system which has so far refused to respond to my questions. Guess I'm just going to have to wait it out as well.

Hi guys. I've a problem. EA agents are not entitled to give the codes despite the proof of purchase. why do I want codes? Because I bought inquisitor edition and not only it came with a missing piece but I didn't get deluxe edition stuff! >.>

What to do, what to do? Please help! Game is simply not complete without it for me. All I got is... HORSE ARMOR. Am I cursed? Gamestop is only oferring to issue like 70 quid refund for the inquisitor box.

The agent was okay but he was told by supervisor he is not allowed to upgrade my Origin account. Well, he told me he has no tools. You guys got lucky you got your stuff. I will try again on tuesday and if i won't have luck i will try to get full refund for the inquisitor box.
