You should sell yours on Ebay. They are going for over twice the amount you paid for the physical items, even without the game and codes.  The Tarot cards are selling for at least what you paid for the CE.

well, my final thoughts on this whole shabby rip off by BOTH EA and GAMESTOP over the inquisitors edition not coming with what was advertised is... im not buying anything else from EA OR GAMESTOP AGAIN !!. both blame each other so they have got a very convienient  way of getting out of it.i paid £129 plus extra postage for half a product and both companies could not care less when I contacted them about it...it took gamestop nearly 3 weeks to get back to me.with the usual "please contact ea ABOUT THIS"...AND WHEN I CONTACTED EA THE GUY ON THE PHONE JUST SAID ITS GAMESTOPS PROBLEM...REALLY POOR SERVICE..AND I WILL BE RAISING THIS TO THE TRADING STANDARDS HERE IN THE UK...

anyone want to buy an inquisitors chest with everything in it but the game codes?..ive quit altogether im that disgusted with it all

happy new year guys and good luck !!

I had a reply from Triforce today when I asked for an update:

Hey Marquise,

We are working around the clock with factories to create replacement items. We don’t have an exact timeframe pertaining to the replacements at this moment. When an accurate shipping timeframe and more information becomes available, I will contact you directly for shipping information. You won’t need to pay for anything additional, and you won’t need to ship any damaged items to us.

Again, if you ever need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out :-)

I received the same exact response about a month ago, and I intend to e-mail him this week to follow up again.

I emailed him a couple of weeks ago and didn't hear anything. Admittedly it was over the Christmas break, but I'm wondering whether or not to expect a reply...

I sent another e-mail on 01/18/15 and received a response that there was still not any timeframe for replacement items to be available.  It has now been 2 months since the game released.  At this point I'm not going to be holding my breath expecting to get replacements for my missing/damaged items.

The whole thing as been a joke..wether its crappy gamestop or EA/BIOWARE. both companies just aren't bothered about their customers.and as ive mentioned on other posts.when you contact either about any problems about the items they just blame the other side...total joke.it saddens me to say that this is the worst customer support ive had from any game company.and although im a huge  dragonage fan  I wont be buying from them again.

its shows how bad they are..they wont even respond on forums to the huge amount of complaints about being ripped off.

I never received a reply from the guy at Triforce. Between them, EA, Bioware, Triforce and Gamestop should be ashamed of themselves considering how shoddy the CE was and how shoddy the customer service has been. Both the physical and digital side of it have been a complete and utter mess and are a celebration of total incompetence.

But I guess they don't care, they have our money, and more fool us because we could've seen it coming. Well, I don't wish to blame anyone else for something that's the fault of those responsible, but EA and Bioware have always made a total and utter mess of their CE releases and *I* could've seen this coming. We can say "we won't buy again!" but they'll call our bluff, at the same time as pissing and moaning about exaggerated figures of piracy.

I kinda feel like I've been mugged. And then I look at the prices this stuff is shifting for on Ebay and I'm utterly bemused. Maybe I shouldn't have sneezed all over my tarot cards.

I'm done waiting for responses that won't come. I'm hot gluing my broken bits back together, and will just have to swallow not having all the lockpicks, because I am certainly not paying MORE to have cheap plastic. It is very disappointing.

The question now arises: Do I, or do I not want to buy this game for the third time just to finally have the Inquisitor Edition perks??

I can always sell one of my other copies, right? :)

It has now been 3 months since release of Dragon Age: Inquisition and still no solution to the problems of missing/damaged Inquisitor's Edition materials.

Bioware/Triforce/Gamestop, this is a very poor way to treat your customers and fans.

Why have your three companies taken a quarter of a year now with no significant response as to how or when you will correct the defects in the highest priced tier of your product?  You are slighting one of the most dedicated segments of your customer-base; those who are willing to support your products above and beyond the price of only the game in order to obtain some additional collectibles.  It is disappointing to realize that you do not seem to care that your fans are being sold defective goods, and it is my opinion that you owe your customers and fans more than the inadequate response you have offered to this point.

I will keep this disappointment in mind when I consider future Bioware, Triforce and Gamestop products, and make my purchasing decisions accordingly.

They don't care?  They really don't.  They promised a lot and didn't deliver.  I hear YOU, RR1107.  You're a customer that they thought could be forgotten.  Brushed underneath the proverbial rug.  Please, keep complaining.  This company thinks that you'll just forget that they stole your money.

Maybe you forgot.  Just a reminder - you paid good money for a pile of digital garbage.  Don't give up.  Complain.  It's your right as a consumer.

I think we might be nearing the end of the saga.  I received a reply back from Josh at Tri Force indicating that they hope to start receiving replacement items around the end of March. For what it's worth, I'll keep my fingers crossed.

You have to contact them first so they know you had a problem. jgray@projecttriforce.com  E-Mail him and let him know what was missing or damaged in your Inquisitor's edition and he will request the information he needs to put you on the list of folks who need replacements if/when they are ever available.

That is a bit odd; every time I have e-mailed him he has answered very promptly, even if his responses didn't provide much information.  Perhaps your e-mail client is filtering it as spam?  In any case, I would try him again to make sure.  He responded within 2 days to my initial message and asked me to provide him with a copy of my receipt, photos of damaged items and a list of missing items, as well as a shipping address.  After providing this he sent a response that when replacements were available they would be shipped directly to me at no cost.  He has also responded quickly (within 24hrs) to my further e-mails requesting updates on the status of replacement items.

At any rate, I hope you are able to get in touch with him and that we all get our replacement items soon.

I had an email from Josh as well.  Though I'm wondering as to what items will be replaced.

I got mine as well.  I would think that the only items that will be replaced are those that were reported to have been damaged / missing.  In my case, I am expecting a new case (as mine had a tear in the side) as well as a new lock pick kit (mine was missing one of the picks).

Email sent. I don't have much hope for my box, but the Owl should be replaced.

Fingers crossed...

I was beginning to think they were just going to ignore us, and then I get an email asking for my address so they could send a replacement piece. I have to say it is a surprise that they are doing this.

For those who never got a response from Triforce, check the e-mail address you are sending to. There was a post on this thread which misspelled the email address (jgray was spelled with an "e" instead of an "a"). If you happened to copy and send to that address as I did, Triforce never received your email. I discovered that error today and sent an email to the correct address and Joshua Gray got back to me right away. Unfortunately, they have already finished making the replacement items for people who put in claims so I'm out of luck unless I can find what I need on eBay.
