Today I sent the following to Peter DeLeon at TriForce. I am posting this here because the information contained is relevant to this discussion topic:
Greetings Peter,
My name is (rr1107), and I have been communicating with Josh Gray since November 18, 2014 regarding missing and damaged pieces from my Dragon Age Inquisition Inquisitor's Edition. Six months have passed since I received my product, and the issues with it have still not been resolved. I also have not received any reply to my most recent message to Josh from May 20, 2015 asking about when my replacement items might arrive. I was referenced to contact you at this e-mail address through the BioWare Social Network forums by BioWare employee Conal Pierse.
I expect that you can understand my dissatisfaction with being sold an incomplete and damaged product, and further having to wait more than six months now to receive replacement pieces. I hope that my experience is not the standard of quality and customer service that I can expect in the future from TriForce, and that my issues can now be corrected expeditiously.
Thank you,
(rr1107)
In addition to the message that I sent to Peter DeLeon at TriForce quoted above, I would like to express the following here for anyone who might be interested:
In addition to the standard editions of Mass Effect and Dragon Age: Origins, I have purchased the Limited Edition of Dragon Age II, the Inquisitor's Edition of Dragon Age: Inquisition, as well as the Collector's Editions of Mass Effect 2 and 3. I own every piece of DLC for all six games. I have spent money on multiplayer "packs" for both Mass Effect 3 and Dragon Age: Inquisition. I have purchased Dragon Age and Mass Effect statues, collectible figures, artwork, books, comic books, art books, guide books, and both Dragon Age "World of Thedas" books. I have been willing to spend a substantial amount of money on the products, collectibles and other affiliated items that interest me as a fan of these games.
My Dragon Age: Inquisition Inquisitor's Edition arrived with one damaged piece and with two pieces missing. I understand that sometimes things happen and products are damaged or parts are missing from the packaging. That the process to resolve these issues has taken more than SIX MONTHS now with no resolution in sight is the problem. For BioWare, EA and TriForce to support the highest priced tier of the Dragon Age: Inquisition product this poorly is unacceptable. I will keep this negative experience in mind when considering future purchases of BioWare, EA and TriForce products.
