For those who never got a response from Triforce, check the e-mail address you are sending to. There was a post on this thread which misspelled the email address (jgray was spelled with an "e" instead of an "a"). If you happened to copy and send to that address as I did, Triforce never received your email. I discovered that error today and sent an email to the correct address and Joshua Gray got back to me right away. Unfortunately, they have already finished making the replacement items for people who put in claims so I'm out of luck unless I can find what I need on eBay.

Thank you! After moaning about him not responding, it turns out it went to the wrong address. Annoying that it didn't bounce, though, as I had no idea; and also annoying that they've already done the replacement bits. Though I think an official notice would have been nice.

Yes, I didn't receive an undeliverable notice either. I wonder if there is a jgrey at Triforce getting these emails and wondering why. Its unfortunate that a simple spelling error caused us to miss out on the replacement parts.

Just an update, I still have not received any replacement items, and the rep. has not responded to my request for an update from 3 days ago.  6 Months is just way too long for these problems to not be fixed.

Hey Everyone,

Sorry for the issues you've been having.

If you have experienced problems with your Inquisitor edition and have not yet heard from TriForce, please email Peter DeLeon (pdeleon@projecttriforce.com). He will be able to sort out your concerns.

Again, sorry for the delay.

Today I sent the following to Peter DeLeon at TriForce.  I am posting this here because the information contained is relevant to this discussion topic:

Greetings Peter,

My name is (rr1107), and I have been communicating with Josh Gray since November 18, 2014 regarding missing and damaged pieces from my Dragon Age Inquisition Inquisitor's Edition.  Six months have passed since I received my product, and the issues with it have still not been resolved.  I also have not received any reply to my most recent message to Josh from May 20, 2015 asking about when my replacement items might arrive.  I was referenced to contact you at this e-mail address through the BioWare Social Network forums by BioWare employee Conal Pierse.

I expect that you can understand my dissatisfaction with being sold an incomplete and damaged product, and further having to wait more than six months now to receive replacement pieces.  I hope that my experience is not the standard of quality and customer service that I can expect in the future from TriForce, and that my issues can now be corrected expeditiously.

Thank you,
(rr1107)

In addition to the message that I sent to Peter DeLeon at TriForce quoted above, I would like to express the following here for anyone who might be interested:

In addition to the standard editions of Mass Effect and Dragon Age: Origins, I have purchased the Limited Edition of Dragon Age II, the Inquisitor's Edition of Dragon Age: Inquisition, as well as the Collector's Editions of Mass Effect 2 and 3.  I own every piece of DLC for all six games.  I have spent money on multiplayer "packs" for both Mass Effect 3 and Dragon Age: Inquisition.  I have purchased Dragon Age and Mass Effect statues, collectible figures, artwork, books, comic books, art books, guide books, and both Dragon Age "World of Thedas" books.  I have been willing to spend a substantial amount of money on the products, collectibles and other affiliated items that interest me as a fan of these games.

My Dragon Age: Inquisition Inquisitor's Edition arrived with one damaged piece and with two pieces missing.  I understand that sometimes things happen and products are damaged or parts are missing from the packaging.  That the process to resolve these issues has taken more than SIX MONTHS now with no resolution in sight is the problem.  For BioWare, EA and TriForce to support the highest priced tier of the Dragon Age: Inquisition product this poorly is unacceptable.  I will keep this negative experience in mind when considering future purchases of BioWare, EA and TriForce products.

An update:
I received an e-mail from Peter DeLeon today (05/28/15) that he is shipping out my replacement items today or tomorrow (05/28 or 05/29).  He also mentioned that in general that their goal was to ship replacement items by the end of May, and that while most of the replacement items are packaged and ready to ship that they have had some complications and they may not meet that goal.  I will post an update once my replacement items arrive, but for now Peter DeLeon does seem to be the best option for contacting TriForce at this point.

UPDATE:

Today I received my replacement item set.  I didn't just receive the pieces that were missing/damaged, but a complete set of Inquisitor's edition items missing only the game.  Despite being packaged better (with foam inside to keep things in place), the owl in the new set was broken, but my original owl was fine so no problem there.  The set is complete, and the piece that was damaged in my original is intact in the new kit.  Hopefully everyone who needs replacement pieces gets them soon. If not, contacting Peter DeLeon at the e-mail posted above by Conal Pierse worked out well for me.  Thank you Bioware/Triforce/EA for getting things right with this set for me.

Thanks RR1107 and Conal.  I just sent an email off to Peter. Josh never replied to my email since confirming my address way back in March.

Well its July now and my broken piece still hasn't been replaced. Josh asked to confirm my address in March too and stated they were shipping out parts but since then I have yet to hear from him or Peter.

E-mail Peter DeLeon.  It doesn't seem that Josh is returning e-mails at all any more.  Peter was able to get my replacement set out quickly.

I think you probably missed out.  You can try emailing Peter Deleon using the email address indicated above, but you might be out of luck.

I received an email back from Josh Gray about a week ago in reply to an email I sent him about 2 months ago stating that no further updates were available.  I've also been working with Peter who said he'd ship me out a replacement set, but also said that the warehouse that these are coming from won't be shipping any more for a few weeks.  To me, this indicates that this was one massive problem that will likely eat into any profits that Tri-Force made on this edition and will make them go back to the drawing board next time they make something like this.  For what we all paid for the Inquisitors Edition, these should have been made a little sturdier.  They probably could have spent another $20 in overall materials and had a high quality product that would have been up there as one of the best collectors edition ever.  Not that this isn't, because it certainly ranks in my top 5 for the coolest.  I just wish some of the stuff was better made.

Peter sent me an email 7/8 when I asked for an update on the tracking number dated 6/22 saying that their warehouse was backlogged due to E3.  <_<  Package still hasn't been mailed out almost 2 months later.

Hi,guys.

I haven't been online for a while..but,im not surprised people are still not getting what was promised or expecting...as for me,i quit playing the game alomost immediately.when I found out that the peeps in uk/eu weren't getting the same kind of goodies [dlc] as other people..even thought I bought the inquisitors chest edition for a lot of money.but when I tried to get any response from gamestop or EA. about the false advertising they ran...I got nowhere.[no surprise there].and reading through the forums I see people are still having problems after all this time !!

I quit the game and put the inquisitors chest and all the contents for it in the package box it came in and its in my loft now...oh,my wife took the tarot cards

until EA start treating its customers with more respect.and, stop using poor companies like gamestop.I wont be buying from them anymore..and I have spent a small fortune on EA stuff over the years

good luck guys and hope you get your stuff  :)

I emailed Triforce again to remind them that I still haven't received my replacement pieces, and got an almost immediate response.

I do apologize for the miscommunication on your replacement. We are currently experiencing shipping issues regarding sending out these items. It has nothing to do with the items themselves, but more an issue with the facility housing these replacements. We are currently working to resolve the situation and once we do, I will be in contact again with an update.

That being said, I do not have a time frame as to when the situation will clear up, however as stated, I will advise further once I do have an update.

Thank you, Len, for your patience thus far. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask.

Best,

---

I sent an email to him as well.  I haven't received a reply yet.  The last update I got was about 6 weeks ago and Peter said that they were "close" to resolving the issue. This has taken 9 months.  This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Same here. I sent an email this month for an update.  Six months from the day they gave me a tracking number!!! So frustrating. I hope someone from Bioware can find out what's the hold up. It's more than a year already since this was brought to their attention.  :(
