Now in all fairness to Bioware they probably have nothing to do with regional pricing or this whole mess regarding the Collectors Edition's availability.
Still every non U.S. resident is getting shafted, and so far it looks like Bioware ain't doing a darn thing about it.

They got an answer? Really? Hell, I sent them an email asking if there was any update and they never replied. I asked again on their facebook and my message was deleted...
The amount of lies from EA at E3 last night, wanting to give 'players powers', that they 'care about us'. HA! My rage at their blatant lies knows no bounds and curse EA for ever giving Gamestop the exclusive distribution of the CE. Having to check the site day after day has turned from annoying to anger after a month of it. I stick to what I said eariler though, if the CE isn't made avaliable then I won't be buying the game in any form.

I got a reply saying it would be available in November(??) today, from Gamestop UK. I really want it but also don't want to have to wait a month to play the game, it's frustrating. I've even considered ordering it from other countries but a lot only ship to their region. >.>

Don't get me wrong, i'm glad the CE is at least coming to the EU it seems. And i'll be getting a copy, but that doesn't mean November is acceptable.
Hmm... I'd already booked time off so I could play the game in October... now wondering whether I should switch that to November... Any confirmation whether that CE will also be Gamestop only? Cause in that case I would not need to bother...

Does anyone know if the PC edition will require a disc to play or if the disc is just for install? Presuming there is a disc at all, but if there isn't I don't know why the steelbook would be included.

There will be a way to upgrade a ordinary edition in a DE (PS4) copy of the game? I would like the DE, but only Gamestop seems to have it in Italy...and I don't want to buy from gamestop ever again.

That's a kinda selfish statement, isn't it? I'm pretty sure you would't have said that if you lived in one of the many countries that does NOT have a Gamestop, or where Gamestop doesn't release the CE for your system.
One assumes it was meant as "limited number so actually for collectors rather than everyone" instead of "limited to certain places because we hate PC gamers and/or Europeans"...
