Is it not avaible on ps3?

I am on xbox and I am not even sure I even remember how I got it. But I think it had something to do with getting the Cerberus Network. Anyway, on the main screen there was a section where you could check for downloadables and it was there and listed as free.

Well, I just fired up ME2 while connected to the internet and the main menu had an option to check downloadable content. I clicked that and it had all the DLC including the free ones. Instead of checking for DLC through your dashboard, or whatever then call it on PS3, check for the DLC from the ME2 main menu.

When I bought ME2 for my ps3(2010) when it first came out for the system, it had the Cerberus Network. I just had to log in on psn and download the dlc. When I played ME2, I saw Zaeed on Omega.
