When I see a TGI/Harrier, i see just another kit, nothing more, nothing less.
These builds doesn't show its OP side with a bad player. i was in many games with these kits people state, and was unimpressed by the performance people hype up, they died and performed like any other person without those builds. A poor player will still play poorly, doesn't matter if they have a build like described above.
In an inexperienced persons hands, these builds helps their survivability.

but it CAN be difficult especially hack/upload/devices/targets on wave 6 and 10, it will make or break the game
