Why are people celebrating? Are you not suppose to reserve such activities once the game goes gold? Honestly, I thought they were further along in development- not sure what to make of this.

I begin to suspect that there will be something at E3 related to Inquisition, no matter what the devs say...
Pretty sure it'll be playable at E3 and they'll probably choose more people for the beta testing around E3. Hopefully. lol

I'm not familiar with game development, but, from what I know, reaching alpha 4 months before release isn't like really really tight?

Cameron Lee touched on this on his twitter last night...
User
is alpha five months before release normal? Seems like a tight timeframe based on other game development.
Yep It's pretty normal for BioWare

I would rather they go slower and get it right than rush and make a subpar game. Just me though.

Bioware seems to use these terms differently from how other developers use them. Alpha at Bioware is finishing content. Beta is making sure it's stable and bug-free (as it can reasonably get).

Well I am just curious about when other games that BioWare worked on and when they went Alpha in comparison and how they turned out. Games like ME 3 and 2 and even 1 and Origins. I think that is the only way we can judge whether or not they are 'rushing'.

Can´t believe I am backpacking in the wilderness in Indonesia when its E3. I am so gonna camp at some shady internetcafe and get all the info. Is America ahead or before timewise in Indonesia?

Where E3 happens, it is 14 hours behind Indonesia.

Has anyone said there'd be nothing at E3? Haha.
Give us forum sad-sacks an early peak Alan - we wont tell anyone!

Bioware's policy of silence is more telling.

Does anyone else hear the Orzamar town crier when they read the title?
I wonder how he's doing these days...

I wish I could share my excitement with the people I live with, but then I remember they probably have no idea what it means.
Sigh...
