Howdy football and Mass Effect 2 fans. This Sunday January 24th at 4:40 PM , myself and other members of the BioWare office will be watching the NFC Championship game between the Minnesota Vikings and the New Orleans Saints from one of our favorite watering holes. This is one of two match ups to see who will go on to play in the Superboel!

"What? Why shoud I care about American football, Evil Chris" I hear you say. Well let me tell you.

One - It is going to be an amazing football game.

Two - Our awesome ME2 launch trailer is confirmed to be in Break 25, better known as the “2 minute warning break.”  Where over 35 million viewers will see the trailer. Also, just as the 2nd half of the game begins, the announcer will recap the 1st half as “brought to you by Mass Effect 2” with the attached image on screen.

Three - to keep you all entertained as we cheer on the teams, we are going to be Live streaming the event and hosting a fan chat on BioWares Ustream Channel http://www.ustream.tv/bioware

During the game me and the rest of the folks will be chattign online about the game, Mass Effect 2, Life at BioWare and more. We're also going to be randomly giving away ME2 swag every 15 minutes to the fans like t-shirts, posters, comic books and more.

So if you want to chat about Mass Effect 2, football or just watch me and a bunch of BioWarians drink beer and eat chicken wings, NOW is your opportunity.

Hey guys, we will be starting at around the same time the game starts. That is 6:40 ET or 4:40 MT aka "Edmonton Time".
