You're the one that's an idiot man... Farve didn't even have the ball he had it passed like an hour before the defence even get to him and the defence laid him out... that's called a personal foul... and If I was the head coach of the Vikings I would have made sure the Saint's QB didn't make it to the super bowl... but he wasn't going to resort to that... all that they did to brees was sack him... and you have to HAVE possession of the ball for a first down to count... he didn't have possession and by the time he got it back they had carried him back over the line... and don't even tell me the game winning call, the pass that was clearly an incomplete pass, near the end was legit...

I'm a Colt's fan and only really watched this game because of the mass effect thing, but... his hand was under the ball, it wasn't incomplete, the footage replayed 4+ times, at all angles, they couldn't pinpoint one time the ball actually hit the ground. There was also a point when someone cheap shotted Brees and the announcer was even pissed, saying they didn't call it. The one personal foul on the vikings was also a bad call because he had already wrapped him up when he was about to throw the ball. He was pushing him with his head down, so the defensive lineman couldn't tell if he had thrown the ball to stop the tackle. If the Ref's really pampered the Saints as you say, then why did the ref's even bother to do those 5 minute reviews after EVERY Saint's play.

Because that is usually how it is done in overtime... if in doubt it goes upstairs... and everyone and their granny saw that the ball hit the ground on that play... it slid out of his hand and the tip of the ball touched the ground... therefore incomplete pass... and I know how to spell the mans name... I sat over that for like a minute and decided "oh well he wants to spell it wrong I'll endulge him..." and if you don't believe me oh well... ... (Columbo moment) OH... and one more thing... that one touchdown the saints got wasn't a touchdown the ball NEVER hit the pylon... it doesn't count if he knocks it down then hits it... he has to hit it while it's standing... the whole game was in the saints favor... if you wanna get technical for JUST ABOUT the ENTIRE game every missed pass Favre had was pass interference and no one ever threw a flag...

Trust me, it wasn't a very informative feed if youre an active community member, because you pretty much know all that's been talked about. There were a few funny moments but... not much.
So don't worry about it, missing out on this isn't something you should fret about.

I believe that the most important question of the feed was answered though.

At the end the Vikings made too many mistakes.



As a European I am just happy every time I can watch NFL.

Not that easy to find here in AUSTRIA.

The NFL-stream cost 200$? It was recommended by some guys over here, but I am not that big of a fan.

The Vikings deserved to lose with all the turnovers. The Saints actually got screwed on most of the penalties. You whiny Vikings fans are just bent that you got beat. Remember, 5 fumbles usually means you get destroyed. Yall were lucky just to be in the game.



Favre did pretty damn good but his team fell apart around him. He gets mad props though.

When you import your ME1 Shepard into ME2, you can change your class and appearance, but not your gender.

What a nice surprise it was to the Mass Effect 2 trailer at the end of the game last night.I did not know there was a trailer planned so I was quite excited to see it on such primetime TV!! It made the unfortunate end of the game a lot less painful to swallow.....Indianapolis Colts and Peyton Manning all the way FTW baby!!

The ME2 commercial I saw was all screwed up because the HD signal from Direct TV was jacked up (when it aired) and had skips and pauses in it. We even had to watch the last quarter of the vikes/saints game in regular (non-HD) just to get a signal.

New Orleans Saints advance to the Super Bowl and ME2 ads reminding me of the incoming release date. The night was glorious for me as a NO/BioWare fan.


edit: and for the record, it was a bad game with a less than flawless win, but it is what it is. Saints better bring it come Super Bowl Sunday, because Peyton and his team won't give as many opportunities to take advantage of. That's my Saints pep talk, anyhow. I'll say it in my living room before the big game in hopes that it carries to them from Rochester, NY.

one, the commercial was awesome props bioware. two, regarding the overtime.. the cardinals are proof that defense can win in OT. also if you are a vikings fan.. yell at the players that fumbled and not the refs (and favre deserves a bit of criticizm for throwing that last pick).. you guys had ample opportunity to win.
