Gaming is still a relatively new thing on comparison to books, music and television and as such it is relatively misunderstood by those that do partake in the past time but we are eventually going to get to a point in time where a lot of the people running the world, creating our laws and reporting our news are gamers and as such these issues will be better discussed both for what it does right and does wrong.

Yeah, there's always going to be something else for people to hate and blame. I've given up paying much attention to these buffoons ranting about violent video games. Although I do still get annoyed the way mainstream news (and even mainstream entertainment) portray gaming and gamers, from time to time.
