I collect figures...so yes I would but only if they were well made. I'm very picky about what I allow into my collection...which is why it's a very VERY modest one.

I like the bishoujo Shepard figure but the other Mass Effect ones up there look kind of cheap. There's something off about ManSheps face and Ashley looks like a McDonalds prize.

I did buy the first series. I really liked it. Though it didn't have the highest quality control (Morrigan's leg and Duncan's arm broke both right out of the box.) the sculpts were really nice and detailed. The paint work was really fine as well lots of little detail in all the tough spots like the eyes. I would totally buy more. I also wish they had done more of the party. Like Alistair and Leliana.

I'm past college age. Argue it how you like, but in my opinion action figures are things my kids play with, not me.

fair enough then

Yeah, I only found out about those after reading this actually. Still, it's surprising that there has been nothing, since then;especially for popular characters like varic, and Isabella.

Pop! figures, probably. I have two ME ones and they're great.

These things are very expensive around here, but I could buy something, yes. I have the Morrigan action figure and both figures from limited editions of Assassin's Creed III and IV. Would like figures of Morrigan, Leliana, Cassandra (maybe the version from Dawn of the Seeker with long hair <3) and Bethany. Mayble Shale. A Revenant or a Ogre could be cool too.

I'd love a few nice Kotobukiya ArtFX statues.  Good quality but usually still affordable.  I have no interest in action figures or the premium statues like Sideshow are too expensive for me.

I would only want them if they had like doll hair. I don't like molded plastic hair.

Yes. Yes. Yes. I am young and foolish and impulsive and want to fly my geek flag high by placing some on my book/DVD/video game shelf (it's a full wall shelf with lots of cubbies of different sizes). I haven't had a chance to buy many collectibles yet (I would love to get a few of the ME ones). I think I'm with a lot of other people, and would prefer something more like a sculpture as opposed to an action figure. I feel like they have to stay in the box to be "mint," (so in case I lose interest in a franchise, I can sell them for something). I also just think sculpts are just prettier and more durable. :P

High-quality figurines, please.  I don't care for toy action figures.  I'm a sucker for plushies, but I like art not "toys" on my desk or display cabinet.

no. i would not.

i am collecting Chaos Space Marines and Skavens. But i assemble them as i see fit and i paint them in the colors i like. Also i can field them, if i have free time.

Figurines ike these of ME or some stuff from CE versions of the game have no value for me however.

No.

If anything, I would take an image of what character I like and make a bobblehead with it. A lot more fun.

I want a life sized Athea (Liara's mom/dad) in commano leathers to rub up against at night.

Me (at night): *breathing heavily* "You tried to tell them but they wouldn't listen...Ohhh yeah. Uh huh. But i'm listening baby. I'm listening SO hard...mmm...make me a drink...oooh..I like it strong and purple...aaah..."

Possibly, if they were high-detail and done tastefully. I'm not really one for collecting memorabilia, but I don't rule anything out :)

For those of you into this kind of thing, but wanting high quality (and farking huge) stuff: http://www.polygon.c...ine-collectible

Just don't blame me when you look at the price and need a tripple bypass. And I know this one is for ME, but if they sell, maybe they'll do DA ones.

There are actually Dragon Age figures. I've seen Morrigan, Duncan, Loghain and a genlock on a shop and on the web. Hmm, lemme look.

211_dragon_age_series_1_action_figure_se

The thing to me is that they don't look good to me. I mean, in the picture only Morrigan looks bad but having seen them in my hands. Meh, maybe it's because if I buy a figure it's from Kay Arts, really expensive, but really high quality too so these ones aren't worth it to me.

Now if I were to see some DA Kay Arts figures (there are ME ones, just look at the OP) I'd be really interested.

Action figures don't interest me. Sculpture might, though.

I wouldn't by figures, statues, posters or any of that kind of stuff because I'm just not interested in those things.

If they are done well, statues rather than action figures. I have the Liara and femshep bishujos and the SideShow Sheploo statue I only have the Flemeth dragon statue from DA.

Yes i would love somen 1/6~1/8 statues. Kotobukiya would be nice, just don't make the same mistake by releasing a bishoujo version before of a replica statue.

Maybe Gaming Heads got the Dragon Age license too.

I agree with a lot of people that if they were statues instead of figures, and really well done. I would probably buy some. Especially if it was the Arishock, Lilliana, Morigan, FemHawk, Isabella or varric. I would also like the weapons if they were done well, like bianca or the champions Mage staff.

These things are usually expensive, for me anyway.

So probably not. But I guess if there's a Garrus action figure, with fully movable arms and legs (and joints) that's around 25 dollars, sure I'd buy it.

Okay so I was looking at the capcoms official  High Quiality figure of Vega, and I thought WHY DONT WE HAVE DRAGON AGE FIGURES YET!!

Mass Effect 2/3 has figures like this:

NYCC2012Square-EnixMassEffectPlayArtsHea

and  heck even a bishojo Femshep..

370x370xetc-figure-me-koto-femshepexstat

I would love to see some High Quality Figures for Dragon Age Inquistion, but it seems like  only Mass-effect gets this treatment. If they made some, Im sure figures of Allistar, and Morrigan would sell out quickly.

I would buy figures or statues for DA gladly!  I have the Duncan figure from the set made for Origins, and I'd love more DA:O figures :)

I, personally, would never buy something like those figures(morrigon just looks eww.). From this thread its seems like people would be more willing to buy: a highly detailed figure/statue.

So,something like this:

 cloud-strife-statue.jpg

Ihave seen the above statue in person, and it is by no means a toy, it is highly detailed right down to his shoes, and the texture of his blade. Something like this for dragon age would be fantastic.
