Man, I am sorry I missed those. I saw you come online, but I was being (almost) stomped by Collectors on Reactor at the time, so didn't check messages. i was using the Revenant on the Tsent because of this thread. 
How do you get headshots with a Typhoon? The bloom is too large.
Ok, some advice from NulcearTech76 (use amour ammo with extended ammo. Check!), and robertlilja2 (use Lancer on Drell... guess it don't matter which?.. And, check!). .... Grr... but I may try this in another 3.5 mill more after the spending spree which I'm hopping to get very luck in these two weapons...
EDIT - lol, just went out on the balchony for some, ahem, fresh air and thought about that Drell/Lancer suggestion DumDum2 mentioned and right away I remembered for some reason that charge weapon/Drell glitch, lol. ... still need to see that for myself instead of a vid, but won't be wasting any good consumables, lol.... And for real, the Lancer is affected too? Even the CSMG?! The vid I seen awhile back only showed the Particle Rifle... and nice try, DumDum, but I've done a tone of readings for ME3mp. Reading about my fave games goes hand in hand with... playing my favourite games.

Yep. It's so poor that I began not to use it because I always end up first and it's not even a challenge anymore. I only bother to use it now when I aim for credits and I definitely must win. Nice reason why it's the poorest one. Seriously...
BTW, gonna try Destroyer with the Typhoon soon, and compare it to the Harrier once I get the Typhoon achievement done. I'll post my results later.

I believe that, at least on PC, while recoil can be managed to a degree, without increasing weapon stability it's actually physically impossible to really negate it using just the mouse. For me this means that in most situations I'll still prefer CSMG over Lancer.
It isn't physically impossible, it depends on what mouse sensitivity you run and how likely you are to introduce left or right error.
If you really can't be bothered and want to take a long range shot, just go into cover.
I only made one attempt with it yesterday and it started a little slow. CSMG will be easier to use.
Hmm looks like the thread got target switched and is now about discussing the Typhoon, oh well.
It's a fantastic anti-boss gun on weapon platforms and can be very effective against mooks if you can switch targets quickly. The most optimal kit for it IMO is the N7 Destroyer, even though I rarely use this kit because it's slow speed gives me genophage. My favourite kit for the Typhoon would be the vanilla human soldier, that AR reload cancel and damage boost is just too good.
@Gladitorium, gold and silver are two different worlds. Silver has more mooks in it and the Harrier does exceptionally well at dealing with multiple mooks while gold has a lot more bosses which is where the Typhoon shines. You should really try the Destroyer/Typhoon combo, if you don't mind playing with the Juggy, you'll probably not notice the slow movement speed at all.

I've gone from Silver to Gold and scored 100k+ in the first try with my current build. Also using a gun I almost never used and barely using consumables. I call that a success.
I'm not the best out there and I know it, but I'm improving, little by little. Unlike some people out there who thinks they're OMGOMGOMGPROPROPROPRO on a 2-year old, mostly abandonware and faulty as hell MP game
