I understand that these items were offered for free at BioWare's Social Network, However, the site doesn't seem to be working anymore. You can log in, but when you try to download the DLC's, you are automatically logged out.

 

Does anyone know where I can get these items?

On a hunch, I logged on to the game and then tried to download the items, and it worked.  I didn't know that was a prerequisite.
