I wonder if Flemeth will be the same looking dragon like she was in the previous two games or will Bioware make changes to her dragon design if she's in the game?

That's actually a really cool idea. I hope BioWare does that now
Would be tough to get all the companions on it i think lol.
With Cassandras family history of dragon hunting, Varrics humor and Iron bulls horns, the dialogue just writes itself lol. We'll see though

Her dragon appearance was different in DA2 from Origins. Her Origin appearance was the regular High Dragon but in DA2 it had unique attributes to it.

This inquisition dragon looks much better then origins Da2 dragons. Or would you prefer a witcher type dragon.

If Flemeth shows up and turns into a dragon, I hope she keeps her dragon look from DA 2.

In all the Inquisition pictures we've had so far, there appears to have been a major redesign of high dragons.
The neck appears shorter and thicker and instead of a mess of small, thin horns there are two massive ones. The snout looks less beak like now and more like Trex.Has there every been any explanation for this? Is this another breed of dragons or have all dragons across thedas been redesigned?
I thought after first seeing the dragon in DA:I footage that it was a hybrid of a DA:O dragon and a Qunari. ![]()

Personally I rather like the new design. I feel it looks much more intimidating and powerful than the old design. Only thing I'm not crazy about is the tail.

It is a strange design i dont get why that would occur naturally on an animal

Maybe it functions as a rudder?

DA:I's High Dragon is probably my favorite take on the classic Great Wyrm dragon (Four Legged, Flying) in memory.
For Bat-Like (Wyvern) style Dragons, I like Skyrim's Legendary Dragons the most, It's the compound eyes that sell them.
Least Favorite Dragon? Dark Souls' Werewolf looking Everlasting Dragons.
As for the Horns? Don't know, why do Goats have horns?

Well there are lizards with tails like that. I just don't particularly care for it.

I don't know if all the high dragons have been redesigned to look like this, but I love this redesign so much. They look ferocious, colossal, dominating, and awe inspiring, something "Andraste" didn't strike me as, she was too... basic in her design, so I'm glad to see them anew. Flemeth already has the horns down, but we'll see if they redesign her as well to blend in with the rest of the dragon redos.

I loved this dragon's look, it resembled a bat out of hell when it took flight

Looks similar in design to FF8s Ruby Dragon

I don't mind the new design, though, as others have mentioned, the tail looks a bit "off" to me. Perhaps it will be polished up by release.

I like the little lump in the tail
It adds a nice balance and weight to its already gargantuan features. (I've always wanted to say 'gargantuan')

That image really does a great job at just showing the size of those things. A single finger is as big as us.

Considering there'll probably be more dragons than types of elements, I kind of doubt it. Although we do know there'll be at least one fire and one ice, a safe bet there'll be electric too.I think each dragon will have its own element

Shows how tough the dragons are going to be if it takes a light saber and a rocket launcher to take one down
