Note:I don't know if that is there actual ages but since they are romance options, that is how I will picture them since it's the youngest I can imagine them as.

Thane:Early 30's.  He has apparent intergalactic notoriety due to his skills so I imagine it probably took some time for him to earn that reputation.  I doubt he's past his peak yet.  Drell have a lifespan of about 85 years.

Grunt:200 years or so.  Two centuries is still young by Krogan standards as a Krogan can live up to two thousands years or possibly longer.  Wrex was over 1400 years old as he was born at the end of the Krogan rebellions and I imagine Grunt is probably like what Wrex was when Wrex was young.  It was all about being a mercenary, killing, and earning credits.
As Wrex got older, he became more cynical of the lifestlye and pessimistic.  Grunt is still young, and hot blooded.  He doesn't question what he does.

Samara:Around 600 years(confirmed I believe)

Zaeed:45.  He's been in the business for a while it looks like.

Mordin:20.  Middle aged by Salarian standards.

Garrus:Impossible to know.  Nothing in regards to lifespan has been revealed about Turian biology.

Jacob:26.  I don't know, he just looks it.

Miranda has been confirmed to be around Shepard's age. I don't see how you could possibly think she's 18. Same with Subject Zero, who is CLEARLY an adult. Acting like a bit of a punk doesn't make her a teenager. Grunt is about 300 years old, estimated. Considering humans live to about 150 in this universe, Zaeed could be in his fifties or sixties.

Most have their ages listed in the character profile, only SuZe does not. Well and the 3 characters that still do not have an FTL. So Mordon, Legion, Garrus and Zaeed since he is a bonus character.

Ps. Also Humans live to be around 125 in ME so thats almost double ours.

Miranda is 35. Her age is in her profile page on the official site, as are the ages of most the characters revealed. Grunt is 22 and Jacob 28.

Those of you saying Grunt is in his 20s are basing things off of old information. It has since been confirmed that he is simply the Krogan equivalent of 24-ish, not actually in his twenties. Screenshots from the Illusive Man's panels place him at around 300 or so.

As for Grunt, I think he may actually be 22. If it took the Krogan centuries to mature, they would've never have been useful in the Rachni wars.

You're making the assumption that they DO take centuries to mature.  It simply takes a great deal of time for them to reach Elder status, which is the point at which most Krogans we encounter are at.  Grunt has probably looked as he does for centuries, and they grow fast enough to be fighting capable at a young age.

Grunt is a very unique situation. Once you play the game you'll understand why him being 22 makes sense.

I won't spoil it.

The Blur trailer had him at 300, but remember- Blur's work isn't canon. (Noveria being blown to smithereens in the ME1 trailer for example.

It lists all but SuZe's age on the ME2 website lol. Thane (other than Samara of course ) is the oldest so far at 39 yrs.

Is Shepard truly 31? Two years have passed since ME1, true enough, but s/he's been dead for those two years. Chronologically, Shepard may be 31, but shouldn't his/her biological age remain the same?

She obviously does not  look and act like a 18 years old schoolgirl.It's has nothing to do with boob size.
