I like him with Raider, Venom or Claymore. Usually play offhost so I stick with Raider -> 3 shots with "proper" lag

Yeah, grenade capacity is the drellguard's crutch, before which (not to mention the passive buffs) it was... not great.

I don't really like Vanguards. Probably because I rarely host, and thus I rarely play them, and I'm not as good with them as I am with other classes. But Drell are undeniably awesome.
