Not pre-ordering yet but i'm going to the last minute. Hopefully more goodies will be available (preferably free story content DLC and not some mount or armor). I'm looking forward to PC Digital Deluxe though.

Plopped down $200 for the Deluxe edition for the Xbox 360. Yes, it might be inferior graphically, but I still got my old saves on file to use...
You can't use your old saves to import in DAI

As far as I understand old saves aren't being imported, everything will be created through Dragon Age Keep or the pre-generated save.

Didn't pre-order, but then I don't see a whole lot of point in pre-ordering a digital copy of a PC game. It's not like Origin is going to run out of copies of the game.
It also serves as a barrier against games that end up like another Aliens: Colonial Marines, not that I suspect that's going to happen with Inquisition.

Hell yeah, got my Inquisitors Edition all ready to go. Now I just need to see if I can convince my friend that their gamestop should have a midnight release for the game so I can get it as soon as possible and not have to get up early the next day ![]()

Of course not.
I learned my lesson after DA2, and ME3. I'll wait till the game is actually out and for people to get a real opinion on it.

I would pre-order the game, but I'm not sure where I'll be living at the time of release. If it wasn't for that detail, I would have pre-ordered it ages ago.

After DA2, it will take allot more for me too pre-order, sorry devs, while I am excited at the "concepts" and what was seen, DA2 looked great as well and that was just a sad release. (Personal opinion of course)

You don't need to be sorry, for I am the same way with other companies *cough*Ubisoft*cough*. I just happened to like enough of Dragon Age 2 that I don't mind pre-ordering and the ability to return the game in Origin just sealed the deal for me.

I dont think preordering benefits me at all, so I will not.
I will buy the game for sure, even if the reviews are terrible, as long as it has character development and replayability.
If I could get the Tarot cards, I would buy them for my girlfriend, but since I live in Spain there is no way I can.
So I will just go to the mall the 7th of october

Reading through this thread made me think of a question.
I see a lot of people who pre-ordered pretty soon after the initial announcement.
I see a lot of people who pre-ordered after waiting to hear what the collector's edition would be (I was one of those who waited to choose from all possible versions).
I see some folks who say they will not pre-order and/or will wait to look at reviews and such before making a decision.
But my question would be for those who say they plan to pre-order, but won't do so until a few weeks or a month before release -- why? I'm just genuinely curious because it sounds like you've determined you will pre-order (and so, therefore, aren't waiting to see new info/waiting on E3 info, etc), but you're just waiting. Just saving up the money or is there some other reason I'm just being oblivious about?
Partially, I'm just being lazy. Also, waiting for system requirements for pc version. And was waiting to see how other recent games do on my machine, as my motherboard and cpu are on the old-ish side, so if it meant replacing those, I might have gone with the Xbox One or PS4 version. Just got Watch_dogs and it's looking gorgeous, so now confident it'll eat up DA:I too.
Final reason: Waiting to see what the Big Thing at E3 is.

I determined also that preordering wouldn't give me a benefit: The Deluxe version apparently always includes the "Flames" content whether you preorder or not, unlike the Standard edition.
However, after turning my back on DA2 due to commonly perceived fatal flaws in the "new direction", I actually enjoyed the game a lot once I bought it at a sub-$10 price. Because of that, I promised to pre-order the next DA game just to show support to Bioware in their continued development of this RPG property. Even In a game (DA2) that had art and action that I didn't approve of, there was a quality story that transcended all of that and immersed me just as much as their prior games.
So I went ahead and preordered the physical Deluxe Edition from Gamestop, to be picked up at the nearest store.
