Hey guys.
I have a question about the Citadel dlc: I want to invite everybody after the party to talk, I only managed to get Miranda,Tali,Liara,Kolyat and Edi..
The rest don't appear and I can't access the invite option anymore..
Have I done something wrong?
I did the dlc after horizon which is highly recommended.
So could you tell what's the problem?

Play some rounds of the Armax Arena, do some side-quests if you have any left, do some of the meetings that are currently available, and explore the SilverSun Strip (there are some meets that only occur if you find them, rather than inviting them to you. Notably Kasumi.)

Also worth to mention: That Ashley is my romance in that let's play, and I didn't get an option to invite her. And I don't see any options in silversun strip, I remember talking with Zaeed and Garrus, Dunno about the rest..
I would recommend doing the mission very soon after picking up Tali. The party needs to be held off until after Horizon, assuming Miranda will survive and you want her at the party, but there is no reason to hold off the mission. I generally do the Dreadnaught mission and the Geth Collective mission and then do Citadel mission. This way I can get my hands on the Suppressor and Lancer and the meet ups flow in as you do various missions instead of trying to do them all at once.

Go do the Casino. On the main floor you will find a little red circle near the bar. Activate it. Next, go to the upstairs bar and activate the circle you see there. There are three meet ups that happen at the upstairs bar: Ashley, Joker, Wrex. You do not get emails about the Joker and Wrex meet ups. Rather, you have to just go to the bar and activate the circle. This will require that you do a mission in between each meeting at the bar. (Maybe you can do so stuff at the Arena?)
First I thought it was a bug, but after reading which one's you could invite... Those are not the invites for the party. You can invite them separately to your place. Ex: invite Kolyat for Thane memorial. The party invitations are the right option in the terminal. If it doesn't appear, go to the top floor in the casino and buy the party supplies.

Okay, here's what you do:
1) To get special squadmate interaction such as meeting up with them and stuff, special conditions must be met while others you just gotta keep waiting. Take Jacob and Samara for example, if you have met them, or if you haven't this isn't much of a spoiler anyways. They'll be waiting at the Citadel for you, and until you talk to them, you will not unlock any special interaction with them within the Citadel DLC. It can be a little impatient to just wait, but that is to ensure that you do not do everything all at once. Completing side missions and side quests along with story progression after the Citadel DLC arc will unlock things along the way.
2) Inviting to PARTY: The invitations are held within the very right icon within your apartment's message terminal. You can only invite individuals that you have met and are still alive. There is an "Invite All" option, and so, watch out for that one. To actually get this option within your apartment's message terminal, you have to head up back to the Casino bar to purchase "Party Supplies". After this, the option to invite squadmates will be possible, but take note that Cortez, EDI, Joker, James, Liara, and Traynor are automatically invited which is pretty stupid, but they're forced onto you because any other squadmate that isn't already auto-invited are squadmates that can potentially die in the previous games.

You cannot invite some of them to the apartment. Instead, their meet-ups happen on the strip. Jacob and Zaeed's meet-ups happen at the arcade. For Grunt you will get an email from c-sec about him. Kasumi has a "hidden" meet up at the casino near the lower bar. Wrex has a "hidden" meet-up at the upper bar, but only after both the Ashely and Joker meet ups there.

Was going to say it's easy to miss Joker's too, but you have to go to the bar once to get the party supplies. I suppose you don't have to talk to him, though.

You have to talk to Joker first before you can talk to Wrex....
or you can just edit them in with the Coalesced to get them from the get go.
My NG+ arsenal is Black Widow X, Suppressor X and Lancer X.

Wrex is dead, so no meeting with him. I talked to Joker.. and I have nothing to do in the area..
How do I get to talk to Jack what to do??
Have you talked with Jack in Purgatory? I believe you need to meet her there first. After that she will send you an email about meeting her in the Arena. A word of caution: whatever your last settings for the Arena were, they will still apply during the Jack meet-up. I found this out the hard way when I found out my settings were still set to totally gimp Shepard for one of the challenges. Got smacked pretty good. 
Oh, and you have to use the Arena once before Jack will send the email.

There is a Turian "Avina" terminal to your left after you go up to the stairs. Talk to it first and then you can go down the stairs to the competitors area.
How I wish we could visit the arena before starting the DLC mission. I'd really like an opportunity to earn my special armor without having to do head-canon olympics to sort out doing the dlc mission early. I just want my N7 re-skin phantom armor NAO!
