This Hex Shield misbehavior is a mortal sin, even worse than the HM spam. The large shield is the worst. of course. I find that the small shield has its uses, being a portable RHA, but the large shield is mostly good for campers or trolls

I don't care if pugs do that. That just means I can kill everything since enemies are agro'ed to Juggy. I just shoot the shield down too.

Yeah! Siege Pulse is great for detonating ammo effects and more.

I was just kidding, OP. I only use my Jug's shield in dire emergencies, except very occasionally for the shock damage vs mook swarms. Also, +1 for constant ammo/Pulse detonations. Edit: I'll melee when it's critical to draw agro or regain shields, but otherwise I stick with shoot/Pulse.

Let's be practical here - I'd rather have a scrubby player trying to play Gold PUGs as a melee Jugg than as any other class. I would say "Go back to Silver or Bronze" for some of these people, but since I know that won't happen, I think the melee Jugg is a good thing. At least the melee Jugg actually contributes something to the team. This game is much easier when you have 1-2 enemies targeting you than when you have 3-4, and a properly specced melee Jugg can make Gold Reapers easier than a Silver Collectors game.

Haha, I had a very interesting Reegar AIU in my Platinum(!) lobby the other day. You'd think that he/she would kill everything, right? Turns out it was a low N7/CP player with no equipment: couldn't kill a thing

That's what I did at first with the kit, but now it's just a weapons platform.
The Crusader is devastating on this character.

you know how thats how they recharge their shields right?if you're tanking and taking damage from all the enemies on the map you need a way to replenish your shield or you'll be a dead juggernaut

not really its slow as hell, so while your teammates are rushing to spawns and killing everything you're walking behind like a slug.
