Those that use him like that is EVERYBODY!!! Every freakin Mass Effect player uses him like that. I have at least 1 Juggernaut in every game I play (unfortunately) & I have NEVER seen anybody use him a different way.
Seriously, is walking backwards while shooting so difficult to figure out? Are gamers so ****ing stupid that they can't do both at the same time? I'm the only one that doesn't stand there like a complete retard holding the melee button. C*ckblocking teammates with Hex Shield is helping them from being stupid.
I don't care if pugs do that. That just means I can kill everything since enemies are agro'ed to Juggy. I just shoot the shield down too.
Yes thats what i use him for an agro machine. The thing is, is that they think its cool. Hence memes and gifs like this
I was just kidding, OP. I only use my Jug's shield in dire emergencies, except very occasionally for the shock damage vs mook swarms. Also, +1 for constant ammo/Pulse detonations. Edit: I'll melee when it's critical to draw agro or regain shields, but otherwise I stick with shoot/Pulse.
Its very rare that i see a good juggy user, this is one of the ways he can be effective

I agree 100% OP.Melee juggs are like portable bug zappers.
I personally play full on offense jugg that is capable of all objective waves with no fail,and gold pugs have to work to keep up.

this. If you HM spam with the jugg, I am going to steal your kill. The only reason you are holding that phantom is for me to get a clean shot at her head. and that hex shield is going down 3 seconds after you put it up. I guarantee it
One of the least annoying things in the game for me.
Not much hate "surfing" going on there, Argent. Although, that one time when the space crab leaped was good. I think I'll stick with the tried and true BatSent for surfing or the Volus to hit below the belt.

Maybe a bit off topic, but some games are full of surprises: I recently saw a Juggernaut using a Batarian Gauntlet in a PUG. No idea what to say about that one.

There seems to be some misunderstanding here. When I am HMing as the Jugg, I am holding the phantom up for you to shoot, and I'm saying "Kill it! kill it quick!" so that we can move on to the next enemy. Same reason I HM the Scions/Atlases/Primes/Brutes etc.

Indeed. Having the Juggy around so I can sit back with a Javelin GI was awesome.
Let him draw the aggro. I'll keep plinking and popping heads.
