I'm usually pretty good about remembering my turn-on-and-keep-on powers, but Fortification slips by sometimes...it's pretty easy for me to miss the hexagonal pattern on my Geth Trooper.
 

Also whenever I shut off Hydra Missile Launcher to avoid bubbling up Praetorians, it's not unlikely that I'll forget about it until the next wave or so.

 

I generally can't tell visually whether fortification is on or off - I guess because the game sticks me on Reactor or Giant Hazard every time. I simply have to remember whether I turned it on or not. Barrier can suffer the same way.

 

Of course, once a crab is bubbled up, it's a bigger target because the hit box is the entire bubble, so if you are trying to kill it with guns then having it bubble is not a bad thing.

Sure, I just meant that it's probably only a good idea if the only alternative is the timer running out because nobody will grab the pizza. That's why I explicitly mentioned that I only did it because everyone else was ignoring the pizza and the timer was running out.

It actually makes me chuckle a little when Juggys get the package ... they actually move faster with it than they do normally

Saw someone the other day with Adas + piercing and Reegar + smart choke at the same time. True story. Really though, unless someone looks for and digs into the info on game mechanics, there's no way they'd know not to do stuff like that. As has been said before, BW could've made the mechanics clearer.

Uh, you do know the Juggy isn't that slow with the package right?

 

Just the other day I was using a Juggy with an adrenaline mod, we got packages and for both of them the Destroyer w/devastator mode beat me to them by half a second. Now that's slow ...

AP is fine on Reegar, it's SC that's useless.

 

That said, for Maximum Cheese, you should go with Shredder or HVB so you can use Incendiary IV for your ammo consumable, preferably on a class with Warp.
