Inquisitor: You will not distract me spirit! When this section of the fade collapses you will cease to exist!

*The Fade fades away and the Inquisitor safely lands on a green meadow by a lake with birds chirping in the forest hind him*

Catalyst: So be IT! THE CYCLE WILL CONTINUE! *Runs off into the forest*

Inquisitor: Strange, that shouldn't have happend... Whatever that was.

The next game will be called; Dragon age: The Reaping.

Its why he never show up as a Force Ghost at the end of Episode 6. Took a wrong turn and end up in the Fade. 

 

Sadly our Inquisitor thought him to be a demon with the force powers and killed him on site.

And also managed to lose the ball of Twine Varric gave her.

If you've ever dealt with EA Tech or Customer Service before on Livechat, that seems about right.  

 

On topic, it's most likely just a rock.  I like the idea that the Quizzy is hiding there after they got blown into the Fade.  I wouldn't have seen it if you hadn't pointed it out to me.  Fun theory at least.
