(I did only a basic search for simliar topics in this forum did see it so if there is a thread similar point me that way.)

If you had 15 minutes of a developers time to request one feature you like to see added to DA:I what would it be? Like requesting helmet toggles and the such, state your case as to why it would be a nice addition to the game. Who knows a developer might listen and run with it. XD

For me it is the tutorial part of game itself, or the prologue of the game there is only so many times you can play through it before you start pulling out all hair and resembling the cast of DA:I (That's a playful jibe I actually like the looks of all the characters). For me I love to replay a great game over and for seeing each dialog branch and seeing how the ripple effects happen from the player's choices (and from the past games that were imported in) effect the game and the outcome it will have later during the game( it also gives greater insight as a whole to character actions and so forth). At first I found DA2 mediocre but through several play throughs, I found out I actually liked it, a lot. You could see how things had effect from the previous game, to Hawke's actions and the subtle waves that spiraled outwards from your decisions. You could actually see the work and effort that went into it, it was just a gem in the rough (Close to 300h total play time).

Now with that said: The prologue ug...The only thing it did besides help teach the basics of combat was to set the dominate tone for Hawke nothing more. And after that many times doing the intro, I'm like why has no one modded a Dungeon be gone for DA2, or Origins, ME2 or 3? (Doing a little time-warp here) BG series was a key note in Bioware history and put them as a forerunner as a top notch RPG artisans. But one of the top modded downloads from people who loved to play the game: Dungeon be gone, there are only so many times a person can go through Château Irenicuis before you start bashing you head against the wall.

So what I am asking for is: If the prologue does not have any real meaningful impact on the story itself besides as a tool to help a player familiarize themselves with the game, give us the option, give us the power to skip it. Cravat : the first playthrough should be mandatory and the ability to skip over only unlocked through completion of the game (With no console or cheats you gotta earn your get out of jail free card!)

Ack I did not mean to be so verbose err wordy...

So what would be a feature you would like to see?

I want better customization options, which usually means more of them. Be it customizing armors and weapons to companions to being able to alter our own characters in weird or cool ways, I want to see an ability to more control how my character looks in the world.

Keep customization intrigues me. I wonder what cool stuff we can do with Skyhold.

If you modded a dungeon out of DA2 there'd only be two left

Boob slider. :D

All joking aside, I really would love to be able to change the height of my pc. I'm a tall girl; I'd like my characters to reflect that.

So...better character creator.

Epilogue slides, or some form of variant ending in general. I'm not sure if that is a design request, per se, but it is something I'd like to see return. The Bioware endings that have absconded from using them have been sub par in my tastes.

I second that. I would like more options for the character creator (e.g. adjusting the character's height or weight, more hairstyles and so on).

I want more class recognition. Not just "mage or not mage". My favourite class is the rogue, and I find it annoying when people talk to me like I'm some huge warrior wielding a battle-axe. Maybe even class specific quests for non-mages could work, but I'm not a developer, so I don't know.

A combat log, with a Clear button. So I can see the damage my party does and gets done to them. Very handy for determining which attacks are most effective/least effective against monster type. And a button to clear the log. DA: Origins had the character chat log, but I don't use it.

You also forgot to mention better Jiggle Physics™ (I am joking kidding aside) yes I loved the customization of the PC. More choices the better imo

I concur, it is a nice and cost efficient way to finish the tale and give a brief synopsis of the after effects. Yes I do miss that.

I find it curious as to why the devs deviated away, and put forth more emphasis on being prepared for your journeys. It seems like a burden to casual players that play for the story (Although I'll admit it does add a realism to the combat now, after several battles you are going to battered bloodied and bruised. But if I'm playing for the story what does more visceral combat mean to me anyways?)

New game +

I liked that about ME series.

Adds to the story and helps to give better immersion for the story, if you're an elf it should be more than a few random and passing 'knife ears' , 'you're an elf' statements. I get your point about being more dialog specific to the character's class.

More overall weapon choices.

Yes more instruments of destruction please, you never can have enough!

I can see as to where this would be a useful tool to use and plan according against (and know what enemies weakness are) inevitable horde of fights we will have to wade through to save the day so to speak.

One thing: the ability to carry weapons somewhere else than in mid-air, inches away from your back.

If a second option is also allowed : a toggle to disable the display of visual effects like perma-flaming blades or auras.

But yeah, once again, fans will have to mod some sense into this game.

It's a tie for me:

A better character creator.  I'd love to see what my character is going to look like in average daylight before I hit accept.  In every BioWare game I've ever played (NWN1 and 2; the ME games; KotOR; DA,) the CC lighting is poor and the character almost never looks in full daylight what she looks like in the CC.  I do know that the devs were asking for feedback about this a few months ago, so hopefully this will get addressed.

Class recognition.  If, say, I have a dialogue option to threaten someone in a town with magic (publicly,) I'd like the populous to have some sort of reaction to it.  A mage threatening harm on someone with magic shouldn't be just ignored by the NPCs around them.  Or if I'm helping run bandits out of town and I'm throwing spells all over the place, have the NPCs react to that as well.

With the inclusion of multiple player races. The exclusion of generic npc responses. When you meet other people of your own race, not getting responses like my people the dalish, when you are clearly playing a dalish. That always makes me feel the story was written with one race in mind.

I just want DAI to come out. I don't have much of a wishlist. Just keep on making Dragon Age. I already like the world they made.

I would like if dualwield and archery would be returned to warriors. Well mostly dualwield. I just loved to slash my way trough enemies with 2 swords in origins.

An even if the warrior wuold have no talents for archery it would be nice if he could atleast equip ranged weapon, for those situations when engaging in melee is not a good option. This could add to the tactic aspect of the game.

Origins. I know why they aren't doing them and I will take the races and more reactivity to race/class any day but it would still be nice to have them back.

A feature i would like would be a much deeper RPG-System.

I mean, the classes only give different skill-trees and weapons, but aside from combat, they don't differ. Nothing a warrior can do bettter than a mage. F.E.: A Mage could  study beasts to make them more vulnerable for certain skills in later combats or to gain additional crafting material.

A warrior could smash through closed paths, barter with merchants and learn to notice ambushes. And a rogue would be especially good in sweet talking other NPCs . would gain acces to blackmarket dealer and learn to hide the party for group-stealth.

Something like that, wich makes classes more unique and add to the replayability of the game.
