Haven't seen this topic at all so I was curious what is the community's classes of choice, but with a twist of course.

Favorite starting class: Novaguard was easily my favorite when starting out, even though it was quite disappointing off host Nova spamming is still fun for me.

Workhorse class: Used to be the Turian Sentinel in my earlier days but now it's the Krogan Vanguard. I love being able to tank for days, though sync kills are still annoying of course.

Favorite class overall: N7 Shadow. Even though her Shadow Strike is so much slower than Biotic Charge I still love cloaking around and stabbing things.

Honorable mentions: Turian Sentinel, Collector Adept, Krogan Warlord, as well as the Batarian and Asari classes.

It's alright. But we've seen this discussion oooooover and over again, so pretty much any regular here can tell the answers of any other regular

As for me, I'll just say: DrellGod, babby

Fav. Starting class: Human adept (the kit that helped me transition difficulties)

 

Workhorse class: Drell infiltrator, awesome AoE damage, great weapon passives, and he is a drell

 

Fav. overall: Drell adept. Was my first 'unlock' character and has always been my favorite.

 

Honarable mentions: Phoenix adept, phoenix vanguard, Salarian Engineer and SI

 

I hate soldiers.

Favorite starting class: Human engineer. Overload dealt with shields, barriers and synthetic health, Incinerate dealt with health and armour and the drone dealt with guardians and gave enemies something else to shoot at while I completed objectives.

 

Workhorse class: Turian sentinel. Overload, (see above), warp for barriers, health and armour and tech armour to give you support in a firefight.

 

Favorite Class Overall: Human engineer. Weirdly enough this is actually my favorite class, It can just deal with anything. Its a very good jack-at-all class allowing me to adapt to most situations..

 

Honorable Mention: Awakened collector, human vanguard, Salarian engineer

All of this applies to the timeframe from early beta to a couple month post launch. I really like dabbling with everything.

 

Starting: Human Sentinel - Stasis was a crutch. Sentinel got me throughh my first gold game.

Workhorse: Salarian Infiltrator with Widow - Pissed me off how long it took to unlock after getting the full game. Rolled face when I finally got it.

 

Favorite Class Overall: ........................... Don't really have one. I enjoy changing classes just about every match. I guess right now I've been playing a lot of Cabal Vanguard.

I liked the Turian Sentinel beyond all else when I started out as a 0.1% level player. Now that I'm up to a 1% level player, I'm enjoying the Engineers more and more. And by Engineers, I include the Volus Sentinel, who because of the drone is more engineery than the Volus Engineer, who has Recon Mine like the Drellfiltrator....aaargh, now i'm confused.

 

So just play the Jugg and the Krolord like everyone else and be done with.

I love absolutely all of the basic human classes, especially the adept and engineer. They bring a playstyle that will never get old to me. 

 

Workhorse: Asari Valkyrie. Shreds the biggest of enemies like they're made of paper. And Tech Armor. Glorious, glorious Tech Armor. 

 

Favorite: CABAL. Don't like vanguards in general but when she was added to the game I fell in love immediately. The reach and flexibility is what really makes her so great to me. I can paint everything green and be back before dinner. It's the character I can count on for everything. 

 

Honorable mention: The female Quarian twins, the rest of the Asari, Drell Adept, Demolisher, Krogan Adept, Batarian Sentinel, Turian Sentinel.

Favorite starting class: Human engi. Still really like him, no combat drone just max incinerate and chain overload with stun.

 

Workhorse class: Human sentinel. Warp+Throw is just too devastating

 

Favorite class: Human sentinel. I just love seeing the biotic explosion fireworks

 

Honorable mention: Human soldier, BF3 soldier, Asari adept, human vanguard (the lightsaber whips), geth engi

My favourite of the vanilla kits is definitely the Adept, my favourite overall changes often but the Geth Engineer is always there or there abouts.

Starting: Vanilla Human Adept- great at wrecking face with a weak manifest, equipment, gear, etc.

 

Workhorse: Drell Infiltrator. From the first moment I played the Drell Adept I knew I had my favorite character, that changed when I got the Drell Infiltrator. Hellacious damage output with the ease of Tactical Cloak making the AI a practical joke.

 

Honorable Mention: Bat Solider. Fires, spikes, explosions.

Favorite starting class: Human Adept and Novaguard. Still play the adept occasionally, but have not played Novaguard for a long time.

Workhorse class: Used to be Human and Turian Sentinels, but have not played either for some time. Now I don´t really have one.

Favorite class overall: Varies. Currently probably Slasher and Cabal. My all-time favorite is still the Krogan Sentinel.

Workhorse & favorite class: Warlord (Hammer be thy name).

Favorite starting class: Human engineer. Although if you were to ask me when I started playing ME3, I'd say Human infiltrator.

Workhorse class: Tsent. Whether in a tech team, a biotic team, a dps team or just lone wolfing, the Tsent is a good choice.

Favorite class overall: HME.   

Honorable mentions: Asari Adept, AJA, Smashbrodept, HMSol, Tsol, GE, QFE, QME, Volgineer, N7 Pally, AHI, HMI and Cabal.
